The chalet has a spacious living room with underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which has a large balcony. There is also a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and the second toilet. There is another bedroom in the basement and there is also a room with a washing machine and a dryer. You will also find the second bathroom here with a shower and infrared sauna. A garage is available for skis and bicycles. The town of Bad Kleinkirchheim is located at an altitude of 1050 m and, with the Bad Kleinkirchheim skiing and hiking area with 103 kilometers of slopes, located in the Nockberge Biosphere Park, offers the best in every season to make your vacation a fantastic experience. Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, the Römerbad thermal baths, an 18-hole golf course right outside the door, mountain biking and hiking. The most famous Carinthian bathing lakes such as Lake Wörthersee, Lake Ossiach, Lake Millstättersee and Lake Klopein can be reached in a maximum of 1 hour by car.

Mooie centraal gelegen woning voorzien van alle gemakken. Zeer schoon. Moderne gezellige inrichting. Het aangegeven aantal gasten (9) is wat voorbarig. Wij waren met 5 personen. De woning is ruim genoeg voor 6 volwassenen. Voor 9 volwassenen is de ruimte wel wat krap.
