This stylish farmhouse is situated in Hart im Zillertal. Ideal for a small group, it can accommodate a large family with kids or a large group. It has a balcony for you to take a refreshing breath enjoying the scenic view and central heating.

The ski bus is only 100 m and the ski lift 1 km from the farmhouse making it a haven for ski lovers. SKI-Optimal Hochzillertal is nearby. The local grocery store is 2 km away whereas the restaurants are 500 m away from the stay. There is a golf course in Uderns at 4 km.

Central heating and ski storage are provided for you to have a pleasant stay. Carport and parking are in place for your convenience. A children's bed and high chair are also offered to the little guests. There is a charging station for e-cars in the parking lot (wallbox).

Public transport is at 5 km.

You can check-in between 1-6 PM and check-out can be done from 8-10 AM.

Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar en duidelijke uitleg. Mooie en rustige omgeving.

Sober in gerichte woning. Geen comfort. De foto's tonen precies wat je krijgt. De gang is de zogenaamde woonkamer er staat een versleten bank meer niet. In de doucheruimte geen handdoekhaken of plankje om je toilettas op weg te zetten. De skibus stopt wel vlak voor de deur maar gaat in de ochtend maar 2 keer en laat in de middag ook weer op 2 momenten. Wifi gratis maar niet stabiel. Skigebied van Fugen en Hochfugen wel prima voor beginners en gevorderden.

Een prachtige omgeving, waar we ons heerlijk vermaakt hebben. Het huis was eenvoudig en minder geschikt met kinderen. Wij misten een tuin waar we konden zitten, eten en spelen.

Met een groep hebben wij verbleven in dit huis. Een ruim huis, prima gelegen en iedere ochtend verse broodjes. Helemaal goed dus. Wel kan de WiFi beter en zaten er wat vliegen (het blijft een boerderij).
