This modern, detached holiday home for a maximum of 10 people is located in Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse, an idyllic holiday resort in Pinzgau in Salzburgerland, near the well-known towns of Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm with the ski areas of Schmittenhöhe, Kitzsteinhorn and Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm as well as the Therme Tauern Spa in Kaprun.
The holiday home offers a spacious living/dining room, a large modern fully equipped kitchen, 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a common room with TV and a balcony on the first floor. There is a garden around the house that you are welcome to use. You can store your skis or mountain bikes in the separate ski cellar. There are parking spaces directly at the house.
In just a few minutes you can reach the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See with 77 kilometers of slopes and 28 facilities and lifts, the glacier ski area Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun / Zell am See with over 60 kilometers of slopes and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 kilometers of slopes and 70 modern cable cars and lifts. With the Ski ALPIN CARD you can enjoy all 3 ski areas with a total of over 400 kilometers of slopes!
The Bruck an der Großglocknerstrasse holiday region is located in the middle of the region of the multi-faceted Hohe Tauern National Park. Nestled in the beautiful Pinzgau Grasberge and Zell am See, Bruck in Salzburger Land is the gateway to the Großglockner High Alpine Road and offers numerous attractions, sporting activities and excursion destinations.
In summer, the Schloßbad in Bruck an der Großglocknerstrasse or the lido in Zell am See offer lots of bathing fun!
Directly in town or in Zell am See there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Date of stay: July 2023 - August 2023Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad, huis zeer geschikt voor een groot gezin. Huis was goed verzorgd en schoon, prima ligging en alle voorzieningen dicht bij. De huis eigenaar was zeer behulpzaam.

Date of stay: March 2023Groot huis met 5 volwaardige slaapkamers. 1 badkamer met douche en 1 met bad, badkamers verouderd maar functioneel. Douchen in bad iets minder prettig maar wel voldoende warm water en een goede straal. Keuken in prima staat met een zeer ruime uitrusting. Goede afstand om met de auto snel bij de skipistes te komen. Schoonmaak mag beter, ook veel kleden op de slaapkamers waardoor stoffig. Verder nog wat zaken die zo te zien nooit gepoetst werden. Er was bij 1 slaapkamer nog een bij ruimte, deze was ingericht met spullen van vroeger. Wij hebben het gebruikt om de was op te hangen. Maar zou door op te knappen een veel betere functie kunnen krijgen. Als je hier mee kunt dealen heb je een prima vakantiehuis voor 10 personen.

Date of stay: December 2019Zeer leuke, verzorgende woning, de huiseigenaar was zeer attent en kwam af en toe langs met wat lekkers. Heerlijke bedden en alles zeer schoon. Pistes lagen vlakbij en waren goed bereikbaar. Aanrader!!

Date of stay: August 2019This house was absolutely perfect for my family during the summer holidays of 2019. It was all clean and tidy with more than enough room for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). It was a great luxury to have access to the extra bedrooms for playing. The environment is gorgeous with enough things to do for adults and children. We've visited Schmittenhohe, the Schlossbad and the Wildpark Ferleiten. Apart from the very obvious Hochalpenstrasse, these were the highlights of our holiday. The owner lives nextdoors and is very friendly and helpful. Some problemen we solved quickly. We also got some fruit from the trees growing in his garden which was great and delicious!
