This beautiful detached luxury chalet for a maximum of 12 people is located in Mühlbach am Hochkönig in Salzburgerland, on the sunny side of the valley, and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
The chalet is equipped to a high standard and offers a large living room, an open, modern fully equipped kitchen with dining table, 5 large bedrooms spread over 3 floors and designed in the style of the chalet (one of which has an extra stackable bed) and 4 bathrooms. From the living room and kitchen you have access to two large terraces located on the sunny side (equipped with lounge sets). On one of the terraces there is a patio table and sun loungers. In the basement there is a wellness area with a sauna, bathtub and shower. There is also a large ski room with a ski boot dryer and a separate storage room for suitcases or bicycles. (Because the house is built on a slope, the designation of the floors can be a bit confusing. The basement is the floor where you enter the house, the living floor is above and is called the ground floor).
In summer as well as in winter, Mühlbach am Hochkönig, part of the Unesco Geopark "Erz der Alpen", is an ideal starting point for your vacation! There are many opportunities for mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, glacier skiers, paragliders and those seeking peace and quiet in the immediate area. In winter you can reach the slopes of the Hochkönig ski area in just a few minutes by car, a ski area with guaranteed snow and more than 120 km of slopes as well as numerous picturesque mountain huts. The family and small ski areas Hinterreit and Hochkeil also offer special charm.
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 1 hour by car.

Date of stay: September 2020Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en goed ingericht. Buitenruimte groot en heerlijk bij het mooie weer. De beheerder geeft goeie informatie en is zeer vriendelijke. Jammer dat er geen kaart bij zit, zoals bij andere huizen in de omgeving. En het parkeren voor het huis is erg rommelig. Bij de omschrijving staat 3 plekken voor dit huis, maar vaak was er geen 1 voor ons huis vrij. Misschien bordjes voor ieder huis. Verder raad ik een verblijf in huis Elizabeth aan.

Date of stay: July 2020het was een mooie vakantie, prachtige natuur in de omgeving. het dorp ligt er wat verwaarloost bij en gaf me geen oostenrijk gevoel. het huis was mooi en netjes bij aankomst. de dame die ons ontvangde was vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. het is een prachtige woning met een mooi uitzicht en mooie terrassen. het terras met de lounge is mooi maar niet praktisch als je buiten wilt eten. beter gewoon een 10tal losse tuinstoelen zorgen aan de 2 glazen tafels en 2 tafellaken voorzien,want deze wordt gloeiend heet als de zon erop schijnt. de keuken is goed voorzien van apparatuur enkel mogen er wat grotere potten voorzien worden want als je voor meerdere personen wilt koken is dit te weinig voorzien . de slaapkamers zijn ok,(beetje klein) de badkamers zijn mooi al bij al toch een zeer mooi huis. alleen een beetje duur.(maar dit is over het algemeen de laatste jaren in oostenrijk en bij belvilla) voor 8 personen ideaal voor 12 personen te klein als je zelf wilt koken en veel binnen zit
