This beautiful modern apartment for up to 6 people is located in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Lake Zell in Zell am See in Salzburgerland, close to the lifts to the Schmittenhöhe ski area and a short distance from the beautiful golf courses.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large living room with dining and sitting area, a balcony and a separate kitchen equipped with all modern appliances. The apartment has two large bedrooms (one with an extra bunk bed), a modern bathroom , a washing machine and a bicycle storage room. You can park directly at the apartment.
The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape and just a short walk from the apartment is the famous Lake Zell, ideal for a refreshing swim in summer (seaside resort approx. 5 minutes walk away).
In just a few minutes with the "AreitXpress" you can be on skis and with the SKI ALPIN CARD you can enjoy the large regional ski area, with the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See, the Kaprun glacier ski area and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area with a total of over 400 kilometers of slopes .
Right in the center of Zell am See there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Date of stay: March 2022Het appartement was zeer goed ingericht. Fijne eettafelbank en goede stoelen, nette bank en relax stoel. keuken heel compleet met alle mogelijke apparatuur en compleet bestek. De bedden waren prima. De omgeving is zeer rustig dus slapen s' nachts. Verder ben je vlak bij de skilift, je moet wel even lopen naar de hoofdstraat voor de ski-bus of met de auto dat is maar 2 -3 minuten naar de Parking. Wat ook goed is dat er een google chromecast aanwezig is zodat je al favorieten zenders, Netflix etc. kan streamen. Top locatie en een aanrader.

Date of stay: December 2019 - January 2020Nederlandse eigenaar had ons van te voren al een prettige reis gewenst. Zeer attent. Telefoonnummer gekregen van contactpersoon ter plaatse. Ik had met haar afgesproken hoe laat we er zouden zijn. Appartement op begaande grond. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg schoon en meer dan voldoende potten, pannen etc. aanwezig. Met auto ben je binnen een paar minuten bij de piste, waar meer dan voldoende parkeergelegenheid is. Meer is dichtbij. Zeker een aanrader.
