A modern apartment in the diverse area of the Wilder Kaiser; spending your holiday here is like a dream. You'll feel right at home in the wonderful holiday atmosphere from the moment you step inside. Both during summer and winter, this apartment is a wonderful base to discover the Kitzbüheler Alps and to enjoy the pleasant, Austrian atmosphere.

The apartment, situated on the first floor, was completely remodelled in 2019 and is furnished in a very tasteful way. You will certainly feel at home here! From the living room you can reach the balcony where you can enjoy the (winter) sun.
You can park your car in the parking garage beneath the building. All restaurants that we can recommend for your physical well-being are within walking distance, like the Jagdschlössl, the Kramerhof or the Gasthof Mitterjager. The children can also let off steam on the playgrounds there :-

In the area you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and hiking in the white world in winter. In summer you can follow one of the many hiking and mountain bike trails or even try paragliding! Close to the apartment is the Wellnesscenter Kaiserquell with extensive wellness facilities. There is also an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts.

The surrounding villages such as St. Johann in Tirol, Kirchberg and the fashionable Kitzbühel are worth a visit to taste the Tyrolean atmosphere!

Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government. Please do check the restrictions again shortly before departure as the COVID-restrictions change over time.
Due to construction work in the vicinity of your place of residence, there may be inconvenience in the period from December to November.
Please note that there are COVID-19 measures in place. Different conditions may apply regarding ski passes, opening hours and the use of the ski lifts in the winter sports areas. We advise you to take this into account when booking your holiday home since a change in restrictions in general is not a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge.
