Description

This converted and completely restored farmhouse for a maximum of 12 people is located in Fresach in Carinthia, at an altitude of approx. 1050 meters with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The house, which contains 4 individual holiday apartments, was built around 450 years ago and converted by the owner into a large holiday home while preserving its authentic character. The holiday apartments are modern and simple, but fully furnished. The house has a total of six bedrooms, four with a double bed and two with two single beds, as well as four bathrooms with shower and toilet. The open kitchens are equipped with a hotplate and a refrigerator and the living room has a cozy, typically Austrian dining area and a television. As a guest you can use the large garden and the pool (May-September).

There is a lot to experience in the area around the house - both for sporty holidaymakers and those seeking peace and quiet. In summer, Lake Millstättersee is highly recommended and offers many water sports opportunities, other swimming lakes nearby include Lake Faak and Lake Ossiacher. A ride by bike is also highly recommended. In winter you can choose from several ski areas that can be reached quickly by car (Sportberg Goldeck, the Gerlitzen Alpe ski center, the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area and the Katschberg ski area).

Fresach is a small municipality in the Villach-Land district in Carinthia, in the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia.
