This combination of 2 double chalets for a maximum of 16 people is located in Kötschach-Mauthen in Carinthia, directly on the slopes of the Kötschach-Mauthen-Vorhegg ski area in the border triangle Austria - Italy - Slovenia.
The chalet offers 2 large living areas with separate seating areas, 2 modern fully equipped kitchens with dining tables, 8 spacious bedrooms/sleeping areas, 6 bathrooms and 2 terraces. The chalet also has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, a ski storage room with ski boot warmer, a garden with garden furniture and 2 parking spaces under the carport.
This ski-in/ski-out chalet is approximately 100 meters from the ski lift, which takes you directly to the Kötschach-Mauthen-Vorhegg ski area, a small ski area with 6 km of ski slopes and 37 km of cross-country ski trails
Kötschach-Mauthen is located at the upper end of the Carinthian Gailtal, embedded in breathtaking mountain formations, belongs to the Nassfeld - Pressegger See tourism region and offers a good selection of restaurants and shops, all hiking and cycling tours, the Hike World with 25 themed trails and a large swimming pool ( Aquarena water and wellness oasis). Other ski areas in the region include the Nassfeld ski area with 110 kilometers of slopes, the Zettersfeld ski area at the foot of the Schleinitz in the Lienz Dolomites in East Tyrol with 21 kilometers of slopes or the Golzentipp family ski area in Obertilliach in the East Tyrolean Hochpustertal with 12 kilometers of slopes.
There are many activities such as walking, hiking and mountain biking. Also visit the Wolayersee and the Frischenkofel to experience the impressive mountains and lakes. In summer, the Waldbad Mauthen natural swimming pool or the Pressegger See east of Hermagor offer lots of swimming fun!

Date of stay: December 2021Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön Wenn nicht paar Sachen zu Mängeln wäre.. 1.die Decke sowie die Betten und die Matratzen waren miserabel,er gab nicht eine Zimmer mit ein Double Bett nur getrennte Betten. 2.das Herd war so schlecht dass wir unser Wasserpfeife Gas Grill fürs kochen benutzt haben,noch eine Schuppe drauf ist das Herd durch gebrannt.. Ich wünsche mir für die Zukunft solche Dinge zu verbessern.. Danke trotzdem für alles Ahmad

Date of stay: July 2015Wir sind eine Gruppe von 11 Erwachsenen. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen - neu - schön ausgestattet - viele Bäder und WC´s - schöne Terrasse usw. Von Kötschach aus konnten wir mit unseren Motorrädern viele schöne Touren fahren. Es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man hat viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen zu gehen. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
