Description

This apartment complex consists of 13 apartments. The apartment has a balcony, a covered parking garage and a nice location near the center. For the winter sports enthusiast, this is an ideal apartment, near the elevator to the Aineck / Katschberg ski area.

The village of St. Margarethen is just a few minutes walk away and the ski school and lift to Katschberg are around the corner. In the summer, this centrally located area offers many walking possibilities and (active) cyclists. Lungau nature reserve has many cycling routes and various mountain lakes can be reached within half an hour.

Below the complex is a covered parking garage. This apartment is located on the second floor of the complex and has its own covered parking space. The living room is spacious and equipped with a wood-burning stove, a TV and a dining area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, among other things. You can use the ski boot warmers in the ski storage room.

You also have access to a furnished roof terrace with a beautiful view.

Sankt Margarethen im Lungau is a very pleasant place to go for skiing with your family. Not too small, not too big a place (resort or the village). The apartment was placed well, short walking distance to the lifts or the shop. The place was great, three good sized bedrooms ideally for 6 people. No noise, warm as you make it. Internet was reliable and fast. The kitchen had all we really needed. Overall very good value for our money and we can only recommend a stay for anyone like us, family of 6.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in Oostenrijk in het plaatsje Sankt Margarethen Im lungau . We hebben gezetten in haus Rosanne een prachtig 6 persoons appatement op de bovenste etage, het appartement was schoon en netjes, tevens had je een eigen parkeerplaats in de kelder die zeer ruim was.

Prima appartement. Met ons gezin 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen ruim genoeg. Goed verzorgt. De beheerster van het appartement was behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar. Genoten van onze vakantie. Wel jammer dat er geen lungaukaart bij het appartement zat. Daarmee kan je tegen korting gebruik maken van liften en musea.

Bij aankomst was mevrouw Mayer al aanwezig. We konden snel in ons appartement. Een prettig appartement met goede keuken en lekker balkon. Eén nadeel is dat de eettafel tegenover de kinderslaapkamer staat. Doe je een spelletje moet je zachtjes doen. Maar voor de rest een top appartement. Het was ons 2e jaar in Sankt Margarethen dus lekker vertrouwd.

Prima ontvangen, correcte sleuteloverdracht door attente, aardige mevrouw. Werkelijk prima appartement, zeer ruim, schoon, goed ingericht, luxe goede badkamer, mooie slaapkamers. We waren met 4 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen. Alles perfect. Goede ligging, we konden skiën tot de voordeur. Prima pistes, veel sneeuw (door de vele goede sneeuwkanonnen). Echt allemaal tevreden!!!!!
