This modern, detached chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located on the edge of a small holiday park in Mauterndorf in Salzburgerland, close to the ski area, and offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountain landscape and the Grosseck-Speiereck adventure mountain. The chalet offers a spacious living room with a modern open and fully equipped kitchen and large dining table, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have bathrooms en-suite, 1 further bathroom, a lounge with sauna, garden with garden furniture and a beautiful, large sunny terrace. The chalet also offers a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer. You can park directly at the chalet. Directly in Mauterndorf - St. Michael is the Skischaukel Grosseck/Speiereck/Mauterndorf ski area with 50 perfectly groomed slopes, 10 lifts, alpine and cross-country skiing as well as hiking opportunities to the summit of the Speiereck. There are also more than 30 cross-country ski trails in the region. Other well-known ski areas in the immediate vicinity can be found in Obertauern, Fanningberg and Katschberg. In summer, the Lungau also has a lot to offer for active holidaymakers. You can hike, play golf and enjoy the many mountain bike trails. There is pure bathing fun in the Mauterndorf adventure pool, at Trogalmsee or at Schlierersee. There are plenty of shopping options for your daily needs right in town, as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Key pickup at the front door in a keybox. Have not met a single person during our stay, but that was fine. The house is cozy and designed in a very practical manner. Sauna and relax area is pretty good, you do not feel cramped into the garage. Garage space for two cars, ski and boot drier with heating. Wood for the fireplace is complimentary. Only downside of the house is the extremely low water pressure.....
