Date of stay: May 2021Op marktplein in Malmedy zelf sleutel moeten gaan afhalen. Niet aan vakantiewoning. Tuin is volgens beschrijving omheind, is niet volledig omheind. Straatkant is open. Hond was gratis, ter plekke toch 5 euro moeten betalen voor hond. Zondag verblijf volgens Belvilla tot 20u. Volgens uitbater tot 10u. Dus om 13u snel moeten inpakken, want was terug verhuurd om 16u. Spijtige communicatie.

Date of stay: November 2020bij binnenkomst van eigenaar hing er een rioolgeur in de woning die vanuit de badkamer kwam, keukendeuren hingen los en keukengerei was ook aan vernieuwing toe.

Date of stay: September 2020 - October 2020Goeie ontvangst, het huis is in twee delen : de vakantiewoning en het gedeelte waar de moeder van de eigenares woont. De moeder is een lieve, zeer discrete dame. Eigenaars zijn ergbehulpzaam. De vakantiewoning zelf heeft wel hier en daar een update nodig : elektrisch fornuis werkt niet zo best, sommige ramen sluiten slecht en de verwarming werkt niet goed. Wifi en kabeltv werken uitstekend. Omgeving is zeer rustig maar smorgens erg druk wegens grote school in de onmiddelijke nabijheid.

Date of stay: August 2020We werden goed ontvangen van de eigenaar, Alles was aanwezig in de vakantiewoning, wat nodig is, leuke grote tuin achteraan. De vakantiewoning is rustig gelegen, niet ver van het bos en ook niet ver van het centrum.
