This magnificent 7-bedroom holiday home for 16 people is located in Koksijde. Both the beach and town centre are a short walk away. The house itself has a large indoor swimming pool and a barbecue, which makes it ideal for a complete holiday.
Koksijde is a nice sea resort which offers you a beach, many restaurants and sidewalk cafes as well as shops. A great amusement park called Plopsaland in Panne is only 15 minutes away by car. You will find restaurants and supplies within walking distance of this place.
The house has a private heated swimming pool, a garden with furniture, a terrace, and a barbecue. It also has a slide and swing set.
The Oostende-Brugge International Airport is only 23 km away.
In order to maintain the good care of this property, a deposit of EUR 400 is always requested upon arrival.

Date of stay: February 2024Mooie villa; grote troef is natuurlijk het zwembad. Voldoende kamers voor 16 personen. Wat wel ontbreekt zijn stoelen in de kamers om kleren op te leggen en zeker een stoel of krukje in de badkamers. De kosten voor opkuis en lakens/handdoeken zijn wel héél hoog:500€!

Date of stay: April 2022Super mooi huis maar wel een paar kleine puntjes, hygiëne kan beter in de badkamers, zelf nog beter schoon moeten maken op dag van aankomst. Erg weinig kookruimte voor grote groepen. Wel heerlijke tuin en fijn zwembad! Op loopafstand van het strand en boulevard. De panne heeft mooiere boulevard met meer strandtenten en winkels.

Een warm welkom met champagne in dit prachtige huis met zwembad. Overal is aan gedacht bij de inrichting en alles was heel schoon. Een aanrader om met een groep of familie dit huis te huren.

Date of stay: August 2019This an absolutely fabulous property! Possibly one of the best available rentals in the Kosijde area. Clean, modern, well-equipped... the list goes on. Decent beds, quality bedding, plenty towels... Excellent seating areas both inside and outdoors. All types of lounging space for both adults and kids. Fantastic games including; table-football, table-tennis, slide & swing set, and a very decent size indoor swimming pool. There is a bike stand area in a locked front garden and off-road parking for 4/5 cars..... Location is awesome - a 5min enjoyable walk to the beach. The owner/host is helpful and at hand for anything you need - but not at all intrusive. We were a party of 16 people and had a wonderful time - we highly recommend this for large families, adults and kids. Book and enjoy!
