Camping amidst the fields, but with every comfort, is possible on this estate in Pittem in the West Flanders region. With the charm of a tent and the luxury of a cottage, you can easily relax here with family or friends. Prepare delicious barbecue meals and enjoy them in the living room.
The glamping tent is located in the beautiful hinterland of Flanders, not far from Tielt, Torhout and Roeselare. Pittem is not far from the Westhoek and you will find impressive remains from the First World War. From the holiday home, you can easily visit the cities of Brussels, Bruges and Ghent. You are also within no time on the beach. On the estate is also a cozy café where you can enjoy a typical Belgian beer. The centre of Tielt is 4 km away where you can buy the goods for friends and families. There is another centre at the same distance. Fill the essentials required for the stay from the supermarket located at a short distance. There are many interesting tourist attractions that are worth visiting.
The tent has a cozy living space with a wonderful sofa and a dining table where you can relax and unwind. In the evening, you can read your favorite book while enjoying the peace and nature. The kitchen is located at the front of the tent where you can prepare delicious home-cooked meal and comes out on the veranda with 2 sun beds and a dining table. The beds were drawn up on arrival and the holidays from your dreams can begin. The bedrooms are comfortable and are perfect for a good night sleep. On the stove, you can try culinary dishes. Make sure to spend a day or two in this amazing tent for your vacations. This tent has everything that you desire for a fun-filled vacation.

Date of stay: July 2022Het was de eerste keer dat we in een lodge verbleven. Het is zeker een.aanrader. Ook al is het warm weer overdag, 's avonds koelt het aangenaam af. (Je kan 8 ramen openritsen) Je zit er tussen de akkers. Heerlijk om er te gaan fietsen. Het domein is ruim en rustig. De lodge is smaakvol en comfortabel ingericht. Jos en Babs staan steeds voor je klaar : voor info en vragen, maar ook bvb voor een lichtslinger, die niet meer werkte, wordt die snel vervangen.

Date of stay: August 2020Omdat we dit jaar niet al te ver weg wilden en met de eigen auto op pad wilden, hebben wij onze vakantie gevierd in deze bijzondere tent lodge in Pittem in een coronaveilige omgeving. Voor ons een goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar Brugge, Ieper en de kust. De glamping tent is van alle gemakken voorzien, is gezellig en stijlvol ingericht en je slaapt zelfs op boxsprings! De buitenkant oogt als een tent maar is eigenlijk een luxe vakantiewoning. Dus ook voor niet kampeerders echt een aanrader. Goed om te weten dat op het terrein waar de eigenaren zelf ook wonen, ook nog een paar vakantiewoningen worden verhuurd en B&B mogelijkheden zijn (In Het Koetshuys kan een Belgische biertje worden gedronken en ook gourmetschotels of ontbijt kunnen op aanvraag worden besteld.) De eigenaren zijn allerhartelijkst en zeer toegankelijk. Wel gelegen in een landelijke omgeving (de boeren gaan vroeg aan het werk) en het dorp is niet echt op loopafstand. Bij de boer op de hoek, overigens wel op loopafstand, verse melk, yoghurt en eieren te koop. Een heerlijke vakantiestek.

Date of stay: July 2020De fantastische glamping tent staat op de prachtig onderhouden terrein van de eigenaren, waar ze nog twee accomodaties verhuren. Wij 5 personen waarvan 3 oudere kinderen hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad. (Natuurlijk kon ik deze vakantie boeken omdat ik weet dat mijn kids niet warm lopen van een vol annimatieprogramma) Een vakantie in alle rust en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden zijn echt goed, nooit gedacht dat er in de tent luxe boxsprings zouden staan. De heerlijke bank binnen werd bij ons vaak door de kinderen in beslag genomen, wat wij niet geheel erg vonden want wij zaten heerlijk buiten op de deckchairs. De uitstapjes naar Gent en Brugge waren fantastisch. Wie weet komen we nog eens terug.

Date of stay: July 2019 - August 2019Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaren en gedurende het verblijf eenvoudig benaderbaar. Mooi en sfeervol ingerichte tent, ruim qua opzet. Wel landelijker gelegen dan wij hadden verwacht, daarom (met kinderen) lastiger om lopend naar één van de omliggende dorpen te gaan.
