Description

Welcome to this paradise for hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. This gite in Lignières has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 12 people. It can easily accommodate 2 families.

The beautiful natural surroundings are ideal for long cycling and walking tours. The center of Marche-en-Famenne is 10 km away and has a supermarket, restaurants and a tennis court for the sporty holidaymaker. You can enjoy breakfast at the bakery 2.5 km away from the accommodation. At 100 m from the accommodation there is a pond where you can fish.

The gite has a partly enclosed garden that is attractively furnished with garden furniture. Children can have fun on the swing and the barbecue allows you to create the ultimate summer evening. There is also a kitchen with all kinds of facilities that you can use.

NB: On the recommendation of the fire brigade, the mezzanine bedroom is not authorized for children.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Tips Owner

BIO Bison meat from our farm available on site. To be ordered before your stay. The meat is stored in freezers far from the cottage, which is why we must know your choice 1 or 2 days before your arrival. 1/2 HA fishing pond 100 meters away with your own equipment. Swing for small and older children, no adults please. 1 kiker is at your disposal, remember to bring your balls Bed sheets can be rented on site at 8 € per person. No sleeping bags. Warning! the deposit, municipal taxes, firewood must be paid on site in cash (no payment system on site or by smartphone) deposit 300 €, municipal taxes 12 € per night, firewood 15 € per night in November in May.

Zeer leuke en charmante chalet in een mooie natuurlijke omgeving. schapen, bizons en een vriendelijke hond van de eigenaar konden ons gezelschap houden tijdens onze buitenspellen. Alle voorzieningen waren in orde en we kwamen niet tekort. luxe moet je hier niet verwachten, het is echt even back to the roots en genieten van de houten structuren en de natuur, het buiten zijn.

Alleen geschikt als je met groot volwassen gezelschap wilt bieren (wat ook veel gebeurd getuige alle kroon dopjes op de grond buiten). Niet geschikt voor gezin. Bedden vies, ook het gehuurde beddengoed, meubilair oud en als je op de bank gaat zitten zit je op de grond. De hond van de eigenaar pakt frisbees, ballen af dus buiten spelen is er niet bij. De eigenaren slachten schapen dus kinderen vinden af en toe schapenpoten in de tuin. Gras was in eerste instantie niet gemaaid dus eerst konden we al helemaal niet buiten zitten. Dit heeft eigenaar wel gedeeltelijk gedaan na mijn verzoek. Badkamer en keuken okay.

De gîte kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken zeker de tuin en het terras. De fotogalerij op Belvilla komt helemaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Maar toch een unieke plaats, zonder wifi of telefoonbereik heel rustig gelegen.
