Description

This large, modern apartment with L-shaped living room is situated on the first floor and offers all modern comforts. The furnishings are warm and pleasant. The living room features a TV, a gas fireplace and a comfortable double sofa bed. There are three bedrooms, one of which a double bed and two with two single box-spring beds each, possibly in a double set-up. The modern open kitchen is fitted with a combination microwave oven and a dishwasher. The apartment features two bathrooms, one of which with a bubble bath and one with a shower. There's a second, separate toilet in the hall.



Outside, on the ground floor, you'll have a terrace with garden furniture at your disposal, either on the gravel or in the little square on the lawn. You can park near the apartment.

Het appartement was mooi gerenoveerd, erg ruim en gezellig ingericht. De keuken was ook voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. Het zwembad was helaas gesloten, maar dat wisten we van te voren. Gas en elektra waren niet in de prijs inbegrepen, waardoor het eindbedrag een stuk hoger lag (+€70 v weekend). Dit kwam ook doordat het appartement best koud was en we flink moesten stoken.

We huurden een appartement van 8 personen. Het appartement bevindt zich erg rustig en goed gelegen op wandelafstand van Barvaux en Durbuy. We werden zeer gastvrij onthaald aan de receptie! Erstens waren die Räume nicht sauber! Wofür eine Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 90 Euro einkalkuliert wird, ist mir ein Rätsel. Zweitens war das Schwimmbad während unseres Aufenthalts in Reparatur und es wurde uns nicht schon vorher gesagt, aber den vollen Preis haben Sie trotzdem eingeheimst! Drittens war die Badewanne und die dazugehörige Funktion defekt! Für die Kinder und die Erwachsenen insgesamt eine Enttäuschung. Viertens ist das WLAN in der Wohnung nicht vorhanden!

Wij zijn niet geweest omwille van de overstromingen in Durbuy en worden door Belvilla aan het lijntje gehouden. We zouden graag weten of we kunnen omboeken of het geld kunnen recupereren?

Ruim app.heel proper.voldoende plaats.we vonden wel dat het zwembad meer open mocht zijn!de zondag gesloten.jammer...er waren ook een paar velux vensters die niet voldoende open gingen.ook het terras was een tegenvaller..een houten bank in het hoge gras 2 verdiepingen lager! Nochtans was dit anders aangegeven. Heel mooie groene omgeving!!
