Description

This spacious, comfortable villa features a large garden with pond and swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of September), sun loungers, barbecue and a south-facing terrace. It is ideal for a family or friendly couples.

The cosy accommodation is centrally located in the village of Sart Jalhay. The nearest restaurant is just 500 m on foot and the supermarket is no more than 4 minutes by car from the house. The village is surrounded by plenty of nature, such as forests and the river Hoëgne. Enjoy peaceful walks through nature or visit the Gileppe dam, with its impressive panorama towers. In winter, there are plenty of snow activities to keep you entertained.

The accommodation is tastefully decorated and features a beautiful living room with smart TV and sliding glass doors to the terrace and garden. The large garden with plenty of play space is ideal for children, but there is also a recreation room indoors, so they won't be bored for a moment.

Super huisje met werkelijk alle nodige comfort. 7 volwassenen en 3 kleinkinderen tss. 0,5 en 3,5 jaar pasten probleemloos. Rustige omgeving en op wandelafstand van gezellig meertje. Heerlijke 4-daagse achter de rug!

Proper, mooi en zeer gezellig huis! Zeker ideaal om met (kleine) kinderen te doen. Zeer aangename ontvangst gehad van de eigenaars, zeer goed gelegen, op wandelafstand van het meer van warfaaz en een van de bronnen van spa. Spa centrum, Max 10 min met de auto, supergezellig om in rond te lopen, er zijn boetieks open op zondag! Enige minpuntje: veel inkijk in de tuin, maar er is een heg aangeplant, die zal hopelijk voor iets meer privacy zorgen!

Zeer nette woning in een mooie omgeving. Alle afspraken werden correct nagekomen. Extra's aan de accomodatie zoals verschoningskussen, wasrekje, fleece-dekentjes, .. aanwezig. Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. Enige aandachtspunt met kleinere kinderen : het zwembad en de vijver zijn gemakkelijk toegankelijk voor kleine kinderen.
