This beautiful 16th century castle is located on the river Amblève, in the middle of nature, yet close to the center of Aywaille (500 m). This apartment can host 2 people, making this home a perfect stopover for couples.

In the middle of nature and along the water, this home is a sanctuary and feels like a middle of nowhere in a dense wooded area. Visit the beautiful caves of Remouchamps, partly on foot and partly by boat. You will be amazed how nature has done its job in this cave, combined with a rich history, which dates back to 8000 years ago. Sports enthusiasts will not get bored here either; there are various walking and cycling routes in the immediate vicinity. YouROUT (yourout.be) and Newlife (newlife.be) also offer many outdoor activities in the immediate vicinity; from climbing and abailing, to kayaking, caving, hiking and mountain biking.

Apartment is well-equipped and includes central heating and kitchen. Boules Court allows one to be entertained. There is also a campsite on the domain.

                  Mooi, ruim en schoon appartement. Beddengoed, linnengoed, theedoek, tot zelf een handdoekje bij het toilet is aanwezig. Leuke, lekkere attentie op de tafel. Vriendelijke gastheer. Heerlijk adresje voor een paar dagen weg!

                  Aywaille is een prachtige streek die helaas ook werd getroffen door de overstromingen. Het verblijf is een goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen, kajakken etc.... De studio die we huurden was ok, goed bed, goede douche, een uitgeruste keuken (waar wel een en ander ontbrak). We vonden het jammer dat er veel lawaai van auto's en mensen was. Voor het kasteeltje ligt een parking en is gelegen naast een camping (dat was niet duidelijk toen we hebben geboekt). Maar we hadden er een fijne vakantie !

                  We hebben een super week verbleven in het kasteel. Alles was aanwezig om er een toffe week van te maken. Goede bedden een goed uitgeruste keuken en vriendelijk personeel. We mochten zelf op een andere kamer tv kijken omdat de onze niet werkte. We kunnen alleen maar positief reacties posten. Bedankt
