"This holiday home is a typical Istrian house from 1920 and has been beautifully restored. The holiday home is quietly located in the small town of Juricani, next to the holiday home Casa Peronospora. The sea and the town of Umag are about 7 km away. Umag has everything to offer for a versatile holiday.
The house is fully equipped and has a garden with a private pool and a cozy covered terrace with a barbecue. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a seating area and a dining table, a kitchen and a bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the first floor.
A ten minute walk from the house you will find small shops where local farmers sell their traditional products such as wine, olive oil, bread, fresh vegetables and fruit.

Date of stay: April 2015 - May 2015Prachtig huis, heerlijk rustige omgeving. Vriendelijke eigenaar die even kennis kwam maken. Het huis ligt afgelegen maar de supermarkten in het stadje Umag zijn makkelijk te bereiken per auto. Mooi privé-zwembad en naast het huis een afdak waar je 's-avond heerlijk kunt zitten met een open haard.

Date of stay: August 2015Het huis ligt op enkele km van Umag, een zeer toeristisch centrum met veel winkels en stranden. Wij vonden het binnenland mooier en rustiger. Het huis en het zwembad zijn kleiner dan ze op de foto's lijken, maar zijn voor een gezin met 4 zeker groot genoeg. De airco was echt nodig, maar op 1 kamer was er geen en we kregen ook het raam niet open. Zeer warm dus in de zomer (37°) en bijgevolg 's avonds veel muggen buiten, binnen waren wel genoeg antimuggen blokjes. Vriendelijke eigenaars.

Date of stay: July 2013Wij hebben enorm genoten van het vakantiehuis, zowel binnen als buiten was alles netjes en alles voorzien. Het zwembad werd ook gereinigd om de 2-3 dagen. Een minpuntje binnen in het huis Airco niet aanwezig in de slaapkamers. Benedenverdieping had wel airco.

Date of stay: July 2012Prachtige villa met privé zwembad (al staat er in de omschrijving dat het zwembad gedeeld moet worden, dat klopt dus niet). Afgelegen en erg leuk ingericht, gezellig afdak om de avonden door te brengen met een mooie BBQ. Jammer was wel dat er geen airco op de slaapkamers was, die misten we wel met 37 graden.
