With sun-loungers by the swimming pool and a bubble bath to unwind in privacy, this is a 4-bedroom holiday home in Brod Moravice. It is perfect to bring together a family of up to 10 persons or a large group.

The holiday home is surrounded by nature. You will be staying in the beautiful Gorski Kotar nature reserve near the river Kupa. Nature lovers and sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves, with the extensive hiking trails for the most beautiful of walks, kayaking, river rafting, or fishing. There are several restaurants at 14 km serving mostly local specialties. Supermarkets are at 7 km.

The holiday home is built largely of wood, giving it a cozy atmosphere. You have a view from your covered terrace over the pool and from bubble bath to the forest. If you love tranquility and a good book, the garden, and roofed terrace offer plenty of space. In the evenings, you can set up the barbecue and enjoy smoked chicken with some traditional wine.

Das Haus ist total runtergewohnt und gehört wohl schon seit Jahren renoviert. die Bilder sind auf jeden Fall nicht aktuell. Es fehlen Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Geschirrtücher, auch kein Carport vorhanden wie in der Buchungsbeschreibung. Parken geht nur auf den Rasenflächen vorm Haus. Teilweise Löcher in den Wänden, Wasserschäden. Beim Duschen kam ein Stockwerk tiefer Wasser von der Decke und aus der Holzwand. Der Boden im Bad ist aus Holz und bereits so aufgeqollen, dass die Tür das Holz abschabt. Generell schleifen alle Türen am Boden. Whirlpool war am dritten Tag noch nicht richtig aufgeheizt und erst bei 28Grad. (Obwohl er die ganze Zeit abgedeckt war) Generell keine Empfehlung hier zu buchen.
