This lovely villa is in the Labin region of Istria in Croatia. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and has 3 quaint bedrooms. It is well suited for a family or groups looking to spend their holiday together.



In the town of Salakovci, it has museums, shops and restaurants. During summer there are many cultural festivities and events. The beaches of Rabac are a short drive away.



Villa Elena has 2 floors, the living room on the ground floor has direct access to the pool and the terrace. The first floor has a balcony with a view of the area.



General supplies are 5 KM away while the town center and restaurants are 6 KM away. The nearest airport is at a distance of 40 KM and is the Pula Airport.

Fijn welkom geheten in deze mooie villa. Zag er netjes uit, over het algemeen redelijk schoon. De villa is niet meer helemaal nieuw. De ligging viel ons wat tegen. Het was wat afgelegen van de dichtstbijzijnde steden. Je hebt echt een auto nodig. Met een aantal pubermeiden betekende dat ook veel halen/brengen naar het strand en uitgaansleven. Dat laatste was m.n. in Rabac, op 10 km. De omgeving zelf was wel mooi en rustig. Inventaris van het servies was wat krap. Weinig glazen aanwezig bijvoorbeeld. Wel ruim voldoende bed- en badlinnen. Aanwezigheid van vaatwasser en wasmachine erg fijn. Het zwembad en de tuin boden veel privacy en je kon er lekker vertoeven. Beheerder kwam met leuke tips voor zowel in als rondom het huis. Contact was laagdrempelig. Voor wie er opuit wil trekken ligt Labin erg centraal. Met de auto ben je binnen 45 min in Pula, Medulin, Lovran, etc. Er zijn ontzettend veel excursies te boeken. Wij hebben ons 2 weken prima vermaakt in het huis en Istrië.
