Momo Holiday Home is located in the small village of Kakma in a peaceful country setting. It offers its guests a high level of privacy and a stress-free holiday. It is only 6 km away from Biograd na moru, a well-known nautical and tourist destination on the Adriatic coast.
The newly renovated stone house is furnished in a rustic style and offers an elegant living/dining room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and two spacious ensuite bedrooms. Each room has a high quality double bed and a beautiful double sofa bed. From the living room there is direct access to the spacious 70m long covered terrace and to the infinity pool. You also have a beautiful, open fireplace at your disposal. The charming terrace is well furnished with a dining table and rattan furniture. It is the ideal place for relaxing moments with your friends and family.
Within a 10-minute drive you can reach the Adriatic Sea and choose between sandy, pebbly or stone beaches. There are boat trips to Kornati Islands National Park organized daily.
Only 8 km from your holiday home is the Vrana Lake Nature Park, which is attractive for recreational anglers and bird watchers.
In less than an hour's drive you can visit the national parks Paklenica and Krka Waterfalls, as well as the old town of Zadar.

Date of stay: August 2019We werden opgewacht , het huis tuin en zwembad super ! Er staan vijgen en groenten voor je klaar . Mooie tuin met zwaluwennest geweldig. Gastheer en vrouw zeer bescheiden op de achtergrond. Goede plek om dalmatie te verkennen. . Zeer privé , rust , BBQ , we hebben genoten !

Date of stay: July 2019 - August 2019Kakma is een klein dorpje zonder straatnamen dus we hadden alleen GPS coördinaten waardoor we moeite hadden het huis te vinden. Eigenaar dus gebeld en die kwam direct naar ons toe op de scooter om ons de weg te wijzen. Vervolgens allerhartelijkst ontvangen en wegwijs gemaakt in het huis dat super netjes, schoon en goed uitgerust en onderhouden is, evenals het zwembad en de tuin. Het dorpje is helaas niet zo charmant: er zijn vele verlaten en vervallen huizen als gevolg van de oorlog. Horeca is er niet en slechts een klein winkeltje en wat kraampjes aan de weg voor brood, groente en fruit.

Date of stay: August 2018Vanwege drukte onderweg late aankomst, was geen probleem. Werden keurig opgevangen. Huis en tuin zijn in het echt nog mooier als op de foto’s(Meestal is dat andersom). Zwembad is echt top! Zeer prettige eerste kennismaking met Kroatië. Sasja is zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam! Waarvoor dank!

Date of stay: June 2018Een fijn huis met een geweldig zwembad en een heerlijke ruime tuin. Zeer rustig gelegen en met erg veel privacy. In de directe omgeving is niets te doen, het huis ligt in een heel stil dorpje, met 1 klein winkeltje. Op nog geen 10 minuten rijden is een mooi kustplaatsje waar drie grote supermarkten zijn en veel restaurants en winkeltjes. Wie op zoek is naar (heel) rustig plekje, met de mogelijkheid om snel in de drukke gezelligheid te zijn een perfecte keus. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft gelukkig een goede airco. Bijzonder vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaar die groente en fruit langs komt brengen en gelegenheid geeft om ook in de naastgelegen moestuin zelf groente te halen. In de tuin een authentieke houtgrill waar je zelf kunt bbq'en.

Date of stay: April 2018 - May 2018We hebben het erg getroffen met deze super mooie accomodatie. Je werd gewekt door de vogels. Privacy was top. Wat ons erg was opgevallen was de gastvrijheid van de beheerders. Erg warmhartige familie die er alles aan doen om het hun gasten aan niets te laten ontbreken. Maar het ontbrak ons aan niets. Want alles was aanwezig. Mooi , schoon en netjes onderhouden. We hebben een erg fijne vakantie gehad. Trouwens de mensen die we ontmoetten in Croatië waren ook al meer dan vriendelijk. Echt een aanrader!!! de locatie als wel het land.

Date of stay: August 2017De omgeving was zeer rustig. Je zit volledig prive. Alles was ommiddellijk beschikbaar toen we aankwamen. Het onvangst was zeer hartelijk. Je kon op elk moment terecht bij de eigenaars als je vragen over iets had. Ze wonen op 200meter van het huis.Ze nemen echt tijd voor jou. Het huis en de tuin met zwembad waren nieuw en zeer mooi, hygiënisch, praktisch en smaakvol ingericht. De tuin wordt dagelijks onderhouden. De lakens worden ververst wekelijks. Een ecjte aanrader.

Date of stay: July 2017The owners of the home gave us a very nice and warm welcome. The house, pool and garden are very nice and very good state. It is exactly as the pictures shows on the internet. During our stay we got vegetables from the owners. We could always call them if we had any questions and they are very willing to help. The house gives you a lot of privacy, the only traffic you hear is 1 tracktor that is sometimes driving by. The house is in a really quiet village Kakma, that is 10 minutes drive from bigger cities, where you can go to dinner on the boulevard, do your groceries and go to the beaches.

Date of stay: June 2017Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, prachtig zwembad, volop natuur, rust en privacy. Alle moderne comfort en de gastgevers proberen het je zoveel mogelijk naar je zin te maken zonder zich op te dringen. Goede uitvalsbasis naar Zadar en Sibenik. Biograd aan zee als dichtste grote centrum is op een tiental minuutjes te bereiken met de wagen. In Kakma zelf is de winkelfaciliteit beperkt tot de basisnoden.
