This secluded villa is in Kozino is ideal for a family. With a private terrace and barbecue for you to unwind after a long day, this place is great for a family to set up a home for some days. Take walks along the coastline which will take you to a seaside forest in one direction, and a new Cafe/Konoba in the other.
Try out some new recipes at the nearest restaurant, just 700 m away. The sea lies next to the stay if you want to witness sunset or sunrise with your dear ones. The town center of Zadar is at 8 km.
A fenced garden is in place for you to enjoy some outdoor time. Enjoy sunsets from either balcony or walk out the rear garden gate and step down to the sea for an evening swim. An outdoor fireplace with BBQ and comfortable seating provides a great relaxing end to a sun-filled day in the Adriatic. A cot is offered for your little ones. Parking is available for 3 cars on the premises. You can enjoy the evenings from the balcony.

Date of stay: August 2019De aankomst was prima! Het huis was in een woord geweldig mooi, alles is aanwezig wat je maar kan wensen. Een zwembad erbij had mooi geweest en een wat luxere koffiezetapparaat want nu was dit een filterapparaat. En voortuin was wat verwilderd dit zou wel wat bijgeknipt kunnen worden. Maar echt niks te klagen, het is daar prachtig. De zee is pal voor je deur, waterschoentjes is aan te raden en duikbrillen. We hebben daar in de buurt bij een restaurant gegeten pinaje dat us echt een aanrader om te doen. Het supermarktje wat daar vlakbij is, is echt een heel klein supermarktje! We wilde er wat halen maar moesten overal overheen stappen en ze hebben er bijna niks. We hebben daar niets gekocht, een nadeel is wel dat je bijna een half uur moeten rijden voor een grote supermarkt, eigenlijk is het maar een kwartier maar er staat altijd file. Wil je wat doen dan is het veel rijden, ga je voor je rust dan is het daar geweldig. We zijn naar de watervallen geweest, zeer de moeite waard en we zijn met een boot weggeweest vanuit Zadar. We hebben op de boot 7 uur gevaren om een stop te hebben van 2.5 uur, dat is echt geen aanrader! Ik zou aanraden een halve dag een boottocht te doen.
