You can access the best beaches of Istria: Pomer, Banjole, Pješčana Uvala, Medulin, Ližnjan, Šišan, Verudela' & 'Valkane in Pula within a drive. Fresh bread rolls are available in the nearest grocery store, 400 m away. Fruits, vegetables, meat, fish can be procured from the centre, 6 km away. Sijana Forest at Pula, Levan Island Nature Park and Brijuni Islands, Nature Park are fun sights and can be accessed after a drive. The house has two separate, comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a private bathroom and air-conditioner, which makes it suitable for two families/couples. The house is also very suitable for small children and pets.

Location - Village & beaches holiday:
The villa is situated in a small and simple Istrian village about 4 km away from the sea, 6 km away from well-known historical city Pula and 7 km from airport. It is situated right in the middle of lower tip of the peninsula at almost equal distance (13-20 min car ride) from all best beaches of Istria - Pomer, Banjole, Pješčana Uvala, Medulin, Ližnjan, Šišan, Valkane city beach in Pula. The local city bus station is 100m from the villa. Direct ride (bus #6) to the city center takes about 15 minutes, and 20 minutes to one of the best city beaches, Valkane.

Right next to our city bus stop Valkane the new biggest shopping center of Istria "Max City" has just opened. It is a large modern shopping center on three levels, three cinemas CineStar and a large underground car park. - 7 km
