This lovely 3-bedroom holiday home is in Božanov, in the middle of the protected nature reserve. It is ideal for families or groups and can accommodate 8 guests. It has a swimming pool and sauna for you to recharge your batteries after a long day.

The nearest restaurant, town centre and grocery store are 1 km from the home. Forest and lake lie at a distance of 2 km from the home.

A living room with TV, wood stove, seating area and dining table is available for you to spend some quality time together. There is a private terrace and a private garden to have meals and linger in the fresh air. Table tennis table, table football, football goal and billiards are provided for recreational purposes. Sand pit, slide and high chair are offered to the little travelers.

Possibility to rent, a bathtowels package (2 towels) for 2.80 euros and a possibility to rent a kitchen linen package (1 tea towel, 1 kitchen towel, 1 dishcloth, 1 sponge) for 2.80 euros.

Tips Owner

The whole year through we organize several activities, such as walking and bicycle tours, horse and wagon tours, kanoe, horseback riding and mountain climbing. Besides we also have several cultural trips on our program, such as a visit to the Benedictiner Monastary and the oldest Beerbrewery in the Czech Republic. In the winterseason we also organize ski, snowboard and cross country lessons in de nearby ski area of Janovicky. Also you can rent your materials with us.

Huisje was compleet en schoon , matrassen van de bedden waren uitstekend. Sauna was goed. keuken is compleet, oven, afwasmachine etc. Het park en bijgebouwen was netjes onderhouden. de fam Heerkens heeft de boel goed voor elkaar

Die Unterkunft war neu und sehr modern und sauber. Es war alles vorhanden außer ein Toaster. Aber damit kann man leben. Insbesondere die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses mit einer Sauna ist hervorragend. Die Umgebung ist mit dem Panoramablick auf die Berge und der aufgehenden Sonne über dem Berg ebenfalls fantastisch.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Sauna funktioniert einwandfrei. Leider hat man im Winter keinen Zugang zum Erholungsraum, was auf der Website nicht erwähnt wurde, für uns aber wegen der Kinder wichtig war. Im schneearmen Winter ist die nächste Skipiste 45 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus an sich ist zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Fereinhaus, extrem hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter, ausreichend Schnee, sehr sehr kalt (minus 27°C) aber innen trotzdem schön warm. Wunderbare Sauna.

Wij hebben een super goed verblijf gehad. Het huisje was super schoon, luxe en gastvrije beheerders. Alles wat je leest en op de foto's ziet klopt precies. Vanuit het plaatsje Bozanov kun je alle kanten op. Wij hebben een hele leuke vakantie gehad.

Hallo En geweldig huis heel verzorgd en schoon. En erg gezellig ingericht de houtkachel was heel leuk en sfeervol. de omgeving is prachtig en ik kan het iedereen aanraden. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren die altijd voor je klaar staan. In broumov op 7 km is een heerlijk restaurant (paganini) waar je heerlijk kunt eten voor zeer weinig geld. Met al een zeer geslaagde week meden doordat er ook veel sneeuw lag.

Leider ist nun die wunderschöne winterwoche in bozanov vorbei ... familie heerkens als gastgeberfamilie hat unseren grossen dank verdient - allet war "dufte"!!! (wie der Berliner sagt ...) Wer also nicht unmittelbar in der nachbarschaft eines grossen skigebietes wohnen muss, der ist hier bestens untergebracht - mit sicherheit auch in den grüneren jahreszeiten ein naturerlebnis!!!
