In a 60 km radius around the Domain, and cut between three departments (Dordogne, Corrèze and Haute-Vienne), come and discover this diverse region. The cultural heritage and the regional architecture have a lot to offer. Visit the prehistoric caves of the Vézère valley (le couloir de la préhistoire) and of course the caves of Tourtoirac, Villars or Lascaux. Admire the numerous castles in the vicinity of the Domain, such as Hautefort, Pompadour, Ségur le Château, or Beynac and Castelnaud in the valley of the Dordogne. Visit also cultural cities such as Périgueux, Sarlat, Brantôme, Limoges… And of course you can visit the museums, the churches, parks and gardens and the picturesque villages or take a canoe trip on one of the many rivers. The countryside is most beautiful in the valley of the Auvézère, the gorges de la Vézère and in the natural park of the Périgord Limousin. Date of stay: August 2018 - September 2018Prachtig! Nog mooier dan de plaatjes! Huis was groot en ruim en het landgoed enorm! Mountainbikes, tennissen, waterfietsen alles zit bij de prijs in. Super aardige eigenaren, Nederlands sprekend. Genoten!

Date of stay: August 2017Het is een fantastische woning dat we zelf wel als definitief verblijf zouden wensen. Op het domein voldoende leuke activiteiten voor iedereen. We hebben met volle teugen genoten van het privé zwembad. Enkele mindere puntjes waren, dat de borden, glazen, bestek enz bij aankomst echt niet proper waren. Wij hebben dan proper gemaakt wat we telkens opnieuw gebruikten. Ook de BBQ zag er allesbehalve netjes uit. Eén van de 2 aanwezige parasols was stuk en nog een paar kleinigheden. Maar, vergis je niet, dat alles kon de pret niet bederven.

Date of stay: July 2015Wij verbleven in La Borderie gedurende een week in juli. Gastvrij domaine, prachtig aangelegd, zeer mooi, nieuw en fris huis met lekker schoon zwembad. Prachtig interieur met mooie bedden en badkamers. Fijne veranda voor warme dagen. Helemaal niks op aan te merken.

Date of stay: June 20153 gezinnen met 4 babies heerlijk huis, zeer compleet en modern ingericht. Alles voor de kinderen was aanwezig en de broodservice was erg handig. Enige minpunt was de oven die het niet deed en ook na melding hiervan niet gemaakt werd. Daarop wel een aardige korting gekregen op de broodrekening! Tip parasols bij het zwembad!
