This luxury Provençal villa is situated in a quiet exclusive residential area at the edge of Saint-Raphaël, approx. 3 km from the sea and sand. From the covered terrace with teak furniture you look over the pool (9.5 x 4.5 m) with bubble bathand the attractive, enclosed garden (1,000 m). Prepare a delicious meal in the summer kitchen or organise a cosy barbecue on a hot summer night.
The enjoyable bathing resort Saint-Raphaël has lovely sandy beaches, a modern yacht-basin and a great golf course.
Take a trip to the luxury bathing resort Cannes, where you can find many cosy restaurants and shopping streets around the port. Saint-Tropez is teemed with shops and restaurants in the narrow streets behind the fashionable yacht-basin. In the Musée de lAnnonciade you can admire an impressive collection of 19th and 20th century art. But the marvellous hinterland is also well worth a visit. In short, enjoy everything the Côte dAzur has to offer.

Date of stay: July 2022We werden netjes ontvangen door de eigenaren. Het huis was prachtig met een mooi en lekker zwembad. De omgeving was goed ,alles is in de buurt en makkelijk met de auto te bereiken.

Date of stay: July 2018 - August 2018Schitterende locatie in een zeer rustige residentiële omgeving. Eigenaars zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Huis was kraaknet net zoals het zwembad. Een echte aanrader!

Date of stay: May 2017 - June 2017Prima ontvangt door de eigenaren. Huis goed schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk rustige en mooie omgeving. De kinderen konden zich heerlijk uitleven in het zwembad. Enig minpuntje was de WIFI. Niet echt geschikt voor streaming Internet. Al met al een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Date of stay: April 2016 - May 2016Het huis is al een vakantie op zich zelf. Volledig en goed uitgerust, van zwembad tot pizza oven van oester mes tot buitenkeuken. Kortom voor de echte levensgenieter alle voorwaarden voor ontspanning.

Date of stay: August 2015Dit huis biedt alle comfort zowel binnen als buiten. Het is gelegen in een heel rustige residentiële buurt en is vanuit St-Rafaël een goede uitvalsbasis om zowel culturele als ontspannende uitstappen te maken. Binnen het uur ben je in St-Tropez, Ste-Maxime, Grimaud, Cannes, ... De kust in St-Rafaël is voorzien van vele zandstranden en verschillende kriekjes die goed toegankelijk zijn. Kortom een aanrader !
