Tips Owner

My best time of the day is that first hour in the morning in summer, before everyone else wakes up, and before the day gets really hot. Taking the first swim in the pool when it's completely like a mirror, then a coffee on the east side of the house with a book, overlooking the vineyards and Mont Ventoux. I also love the summer lunches on the terrace. Bringing out the bread, olives, pates, cheeses and fruits bought on the market and a cold rose wine from the fridge. Everyone will gather from the pool or wherever they have been and we will have an hour in the shade. Provence summers can be hot, but at the end of the day we always have a glass of cold rose or a pastis, a few olives and maybe a game of petanque in front of the house, before either heading out for dinner in a nearby village, or cooking it ourselves.
