Just 10 km from the sandy beach Sables-d'Or-les-Pins and 35 km from cosy Dinan, you will find this lovely holiday home. A great base to get to know North Brittany better and ideal for families.
For beautiful viewpoints, visit Cap Fréhel (19 km) or Cap Erquy (12.4 km), where you can take lovely walks. Montcontour (30 km) has a magnificent castle and the impressive 16th-century Eglise St Mathurin is also worth a visit. At picturesque Plancoët (20 km) you can canoe down the Arguenon River. A swimming pool and several cosy restaurants can be found in Lamballe (15 km), and fresh bread can be bought at the bakery in La Bouillie. In Dinard (37 km) you can embark on a boat trip on the Rance where you can admire the beautiful nature on land from the water. A bridge connects Dinard to medieval St Malo (42 km), which is protected by old ramparts and authentic gateway. Great fun for children is the little train that will lead you through the old town.
The large grounds with grass garden, trees and shrubs offer many spots where you can enjoy the sun while the children are playing in the garden. Relax with a good book on the comfortable furniture and end your days in style with a drink of your choice by the fireplace. There is a large, enclosed yard for parking your cars.

Date of stay: August 2018Bij aankomst mochten we genieten van een hartelijke en warme ontvangst met lokale, cider, appelsap en koekjes, rondleiding door het huis en inlichtingen met documentatie over wat de streek te bieden heeft. Een bloemetje op tafel maakte de gezellige sfeer die de woning te bieden heeft helemaal af. Alle huis, tuin en keukenbenodigdheden waren overvloedig aanwezig en de vaatwas deed de rest. Door de gebrekkige Bretoense 4G, was de wifi een dikke meevaller. De woning, met prima onderhouden tuin, is landelijk gelegen op 10 km van een badstad met zandstrand. Waar je ook terecht kan voor de inkopen in de supermarkt en benzine voor de wagen.

Date of stay: September 2017Van te voren duidelijke uitleg gekregen waar het huisje precies lag omdat GPS niet goed werkt. Ontvangst allerhartelijkst. Uitgebreid tips gekregen over de bezienswaardigheden. Een fles cider, Bretonse koekjes en snoepjes als welkomst geschenk! Een probleempje met het gas werd snel opgelost. Het huisje ligt wel vlakbij een fabriek waar je verder totaal geen last van hebt. Maar ja het is niet het mooiste uitzicht. Verder was alles schoon en comfortabel. Mooie tuin rond het huisje, het is een heus villaatje.

Date of stay: August 2016 - September 2016Via de tomtom was de woning niet te vinden. Via derden ter plaatse en een beetje zoeken vonden wij de woning die eigenlijk meer bij het plaatsje La Bouille ligt.

Date of stay: July 2016 - August 2016Vriendelijke ontvangst met enkele attenties (drankjes en koekjes). Zeer ruim huis met mooie tuin. De tweede koelkast in de garage kwam goed van pas. Alleen jammer dat de bedden niet erg comfortabel zijn (smalle tweepersoonsbedden en harde matrassen). Erg handig waren de mappen met info en stadsplannetjes van alle bezienswaardigheden in de ruime omgeving. Mooie en rustige stranden in de buurt.

Date of stay: August 2012Een ruim, schoon huis. Alsof je terug in de tijd bent. Echt alles is aanwezig. Heel vriendelijk ontvangst. Je kan alle kanten op om van alles te zien en te doen. Mooie stranden, ook het binnenland is leuk. Activiteiten: bootje gehuurd, kayak gehuurd, stranden bezocht, een meer met buitenzwembad bezocht, langs de stokbrood drive-in, openbaar binnenzwembad, Cap Frehel, Kasteel Hunaudaye, dierentuin. Voor ons was het een top(ic) vakantie.
