Description
This comfortable, proper family holiday home with lots of space is located in Coubjours. This 300-year old building is fully renovated and has some lovely nooks and terraces, all great places to relax, either alone or together with the rest of your group. The house features various terraces, a heated swimming pool with lots of privacy, an infrared sauna and a garden within walking distance.
The house is situated on the edge of a small village and offers views across the hilly landscape of the Correze region. The holiday home is a perfect base for trips to pretty towns, caves and lakes and of course, canoeing down the Dordogne is also a great group activity.
The access to a private terrace near the pool makes this house particularly suitable for families.

Date of stay: July 2018 - August 2018Dit huis is zeer groot, met meerdere prima slaapkamers, en vooral met een eigenlijk apart appartement op de bovenste verdieping, met airco! Voor ons was dat ideaal omdat we het gezinnetje met twee kleine kinderen boven konden logeren. Het zwembad is vrij klein, maar wel verwarmd. Caretaker Olivier spreekt Frans en goed Engels. We misten een echte tuin, en moesten ons wat behelpen met het samenzetten van tafeltjes om toch met 12 samen te kunnen eten. De eerste avond deed de overbuurvrouw moeilijk! Toen we om 23u 's avonds nog buiten zaten te praten aan de voorkant, riep zij soyez silent! ceci n'est pas un village de vacance... Maar er is overal veel te bezoeken in de omgeving. Voor kleine boodschappen is er de Utile op 8 km.

Date of stay: July 2017 - August 2017Typisch Frans huis. Met authentieke elementen.Heeft echter wel wat kleine mankementen aan de voorzieningen. Mooie kamers en goede bedden. Jammer dat het zwembad niet verwarmd was. Tuin iets te ver van het huis.

Date of stay: July 2017Een heerlijk huis. Zelfs voor 12 personen nog heel ruim en zeer sfeervol ingericht. Inventaris is ook zeer compleet. De omgeving is ook erg mooi. Coubjours zelf is een klein heel stil dorpje met een leuk kerkje. Vanuit het huis leuke wandelingen en mountainbike tracks. Met de auto is natuurlijk de hele Dordogne goed bereikbaar.
