These terraced houses are large, with well-kept interiors and some of them have a first floor. The houses have a terrace or a loggia and a large open garden with furniture. The two-bedroom house (FR-31677) is suitable for up to four people; the three-bedroom house (FR-31683) is suitable for up to six people; the four-bedroom house (FR-31682) is suitable for a maximum of eight people, and the five-bedroom house (FR-31686) is suitable for up to ten people. The latter house lies on in the Les Hauts du Lac part. Houses FR-31677, FR-31683, and FR-31682 may also be situated in the Les Hauts du Lac area. You can park your car on the central parking spaces nearby the house.

The partly terraced villas lie in the quiet part of Les Hauts du Lac and offer a beautiful view across the lake. The spacious, beautifully decorated villas have a first floor and have a terrace and a loggia and a fenced off garden with a private pool (7 x 3.5 m). There is a 4-bedroom villa for up to eight people (FR-31685) and a 5-bedroom villa for a maximum of ten people (FR-33066). You can park your car in front of the villa.

Een prachtig park, goed onderhouden. Voor ons lastig dat bij de receptie nauwelijks Engels werd gesproken, daarnaast zou er drie keer een technici komen kijken voor de wifi maar we hebben niemand gezien en de wifi was de twee weken niet beschikbaar. Bij vertrek zou onze woning worden gecontroleerd ivm schoonmaak maar we hebben niemand gezien en bij de receptie was ook niemand aanwezig. Het vakantiehuis was mooi, met mooi uitzicht op het meer. Het meer op loopafstand, we hebben er verschillende keren gezwommen. Daarnaast veel in de omgeving kunnen zien.

De receptie ontvangst is vriendelijk en spreken redelijk engels..het restaurant/barretje echter totaal niet en elke dag tussen 12 en 15 uur gesloten ..ook in de avond vaak vroeg dicht. Er is dan verder niks op het park te krijgen.de tuinen en park word voortreffellijk onderhouden..er lopen dagelijks tuinmannen rond..de huizen echter niet...bij aankomst was vies..veel spinnenwebben en dode vliegen..tuinmeubilair was slecht veel kapotte stoelen..een groot minpunt is geen enkele schaduw bij het zwembad..parasols zijn te huur..mr dan moet je 15 min lopen nr de receptie.die dan vaak gesloten is..en parasols zijn zo licht die waaien meteen kapot..en dan moet je ook nog met een parasolvoet gaan sleuren..en dit alles tegen betaling..dit kan vandaag de dag niet meer.ook is er geen wifi in huis.het water in het meer is erg vies.omgeving is redelijk mr absoluut geen actractie voor voor een dagje uit..dan moet je al gauw 50/60 km rijden nr narbonne en gruissan..in de minervois is werkelijk niks te doen..uitgestorven dorpjes met een enkel restaurant waar je zonder te reserveren nergens kunt eten.voor de prijs valt weinig te klagen...de huizen zijn groot en van gemakken voorzien al ontbreekt een airco.mr weinig geld zit je in een villa aan het meer met zwembad en op een park..mr verwacht geen levendige omgeving of prachtig landschap.waar je je kan vermaken

Wifi ontbreekt in de villa. Jammer, moesten helemaal naar de receptie. Wel gevraagd, maar was niet mogelijk op Les Hauts du lac.

Door een vliegen plaag hebben we niet fijn buiten en binnen kunnen zitten het was echt heel erg als we gingen koken zowel binnen als buiten moesten er twee personen met vliegenmeppers bijkomen om de vliegen weg te slaan zoveel waren het er
