This is a modern 4-bedroom holiday home in Pradons. It offers complete privacy and tranquility and is perfect for two families.
There's a supermarket, bakery and cafe within 500m of the home. The historical village of Ruoms is 2 km away. Besides the many little shops and restaurants, local treats and fresh products are also available in the market at Ruoms. Sports enthusiasts can hire a canoe in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and venture down one of the many descents along the river. Only 2 km away is the recreation park 'Isla Cool Douce' in Chauzon, where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the region.
The house is furnished with all comforts, such as an enclosed, private pool, heatable if the eater temperature is above 16 degrees, with sun loungers and covered terrace, a lovely spot to enjoy a cool glass of wine. On the partially covered terrace next to your house there is a large barbecue and a long table for intimate summer evenings with your family.
The owner lives next door.

Date of stay: August 2022 - September 2022The house was beautiful! We loved the pool and backyard, we enjoyed it. The only things we didnt like were the hard beds and low pressure on the water with the shower. Maybe a tip, more lights in the yard (maybe led or sun charged). You cant sit in the yard with rain because its not fully covered at the place with the table and chairs

Date of stay: June 2018 - July 2018Belle maison moderne récemment construite, avec tout le confort moderne. Literie fraîche, tout est impeccable. Le propriétaire habite à côté mais nous avons à peine vu et était très sympathique. Petite mais très propre et confortable. A visiter Ruoms, à distance de marche et très cosy, nombreux commerces et terrasses. Plus loin Balazuc, un départ de l'Ardèche, Alès, ...

Date of stay: June 2018Groot nieuw huis, schoon, bedden zijn opgemaakt, 4 slaapkamers, maar 1 badkamer en 1 toilet, dat is niet handig, als je met meerdere mensen bent. De auto staat de hele dag in de volle zon, geen afdak of schaduwplek. Super weer gehad(34 graden), dus het zwembad hoefde niet verwarmd te worden, dat deed de zon. Het huis staat op het erf van de eigenaar, maar hij was erg vaak weg en onzichtbaar, als hij wel thuis was. Heel jammer is dat het huis in een industrieterrein ligt, langs een hele drukke weg, wel dichtbij Ruoms met leuke restaurantjes.

Date of stay: July 2016Het was een heel fijn vakantiehuis. Het was zeer ruim. De eigenaar is zeer sympathiek en behulpzaam. In Pradons zelf is er niet veel te beleven maar het stadje Ruoms ligt op wandelafstand. De rivier Ardeche ligt op 15 min wandelen.
