The villa is 1 km from the beach and various water sports. There are many beaches along the romantic Mediterranean Sea Coast, which are great to spend some time on the waters. Restaurants and supermarkets can be found at 3 km. You can spend a day strolling through Saint-Tropez, another in exploring Saint-Maxime and yet another in Saint-Aygulf.
While you are having meals in the terrace, dipping in the pool, or relaxing in the lounge, you can admire the sea views from everywhere in and around the villa. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating. In the fenced garden, children and pets can play around safely. You have garden furniture and sun loungers to relax. Evenings can be enjoyed by the poolside with the barbecue. An enclosed parking area, 2 children's beds, and a high chair are available for convenience.

Date of stay: May 2019Mooie, grote en goed onderhouden vakantievilla. Het huis biedt perfecte privacy door de hoge ligging, de grote groene tuin en het feit dat het naastgelegen perceel onbebouwd is. Het zwembad is te klein om baantjes in te trekken, maar prima om in te ontspannen en af te koelen. Aan het diepe eind heeft het een diepte van 180cm. Het uitzicht vanuit het zwembad en het grote balkon is heel mooi. Er zijn slaapplaatsen op drie niveaus (zwembad, begane grond en torentje) en daarmee prima geschikt voor gezelschappen. Het torentje met bijbehorend balkonnetje is het meest romantisch, maar heeft geen eigen badkamer of toilet. De weg naar het huis is steil (vooral de laatste bocht omhoog) en in slechte staat. Was een kleine ergernis, zeker met onze lage sportwagen. Hemelsbreed ligt het huis maar een paar honderd meter van de zee, maar door de hoge ligging en steile weg is het niet praktisch om te voet af te dalen. Het enige wat je zonder auto kunt doen is het vuilnis buiten zetten. Het is mogelijk om drie auto's achter de beide hekken op het eigen terrein te parkeren. Wat op de foto's niet te zien is, is dat er in de garage nog een crosstrainer en gewichten met bench staan. Er is ook een kinderspeelhoek in het huis, strandspeelgoed en opblaasdingen voor in het zwembad. Het huis heeft overigens geen TV, maar er hangt wel een beamer met projectiewand in de woonkamer. De contactpersoon van de eigenaar was prettig in de omgang en heeft bijgedragen aan onze fijne en ontspannende vakantie.
