Date of stay: September 2022Na 22 jaar vakantie's te hebben geboekt via Topic Travel en later dus via Belvilla onze eerste beschrijving. Een tegenvaller. Zwembad was buitengewoon vuil.Zaterdag's direct doorgegeven maar donderdag pas kwam er iemand langs.De man is hooguit tien minuten bezig geweest.Zwembad leek schoon maar na een halfuur was alle vuil weer bezonken. Van de afzuigkap werkte alleen de verlichting. De magnetron bleef maar aanstaan zelfs met het deurtje open. Buitenverlichting hingen op half elf(gevaarlijk als het regent) Enige tekst en uitleg over de TV en sateliet is geen overbodige luxe. Interieur was prima.Fijn bankstel met genoeg plaats. Wie van rust houdt is hier op zijn plek maar de privacy laat wat te wensen over. Voor ons geen tweede keer.

Date of stay: August 2020Heel mooie omgeving: wijngaarden, bergachtig, heel veel natuur. Goede uitvalsbasis voor diverse bezoekjes aan Carcassonne, Narbonne, ... . Qua accomodatie: heel ruime woning - geschikt om met 2 gezinnen samen te verblijven. 4 slaapkamers met elk eigen badkamer met douches (geen bad aanwezig). Ruime keuken met veel kookgerei aanwezig + oven, microgolf, 2 koffiezets, ruime frigo/diepvries. Ruim zwembad. De tuin is nauwelijks onderhouden. Het petanqueveld is niet speelbaar o.w.v. onkruid, en ook aan de speeltuin voor de kinderen groeit het onkruid tot 20cm hoog.

Date of stay: July 2019Kregen een sms zodra het huisje schoon was (was eerder dan de vooraf aangegeven tijd), en het sleutelkkluisje was handig zodat je ook laat in de avond kunt aankomen. Verder was de accommodatie in de basis prima, miste wel het zonnescherm/overdekte terras dat aangegeven was op belvilla, maar er niet (meer) was. Gebruik van extra’s zoals parasol, kinderbedje, airco etc wordt toeslag voor in rekening gebracht. Verder mooie omgeving goede uitvalsbasis om de kust maar ook bijvoorbeeld Carcassonne te bezoeken (45 minuten rijden).
