The restaurants are 300 m away from the home, if you want to try out some local delicacies. The essentials can be availed at the local grocery store are 160 m away. Canal du midi river is 4 km from the villa. Narbonne beach is a short drive away.
You can relish a sizzling platter of barbecue with your favourite people in the furnished garden. Childrens bed and high chair are provided in the villa on request. A parking is also available in the villa. 2 pets are allowed in the villa for an extra cost of 25/pet/stay. There is also a separate children's swimming pool.
Beziers Airport lies 40 km from the home.
You can check-in between 4-11 PM and check-out can be done from 8-9 AM.

Tips Owner
If you wish the pool to be heated outside the period May - September, the costs for this will be €30,00/day. You have to inform us about this at least 20 days in advance. Please note that there are also costs for pre-heating the pool.

Date of stay: May 2019 - June 2019Aankomst. Het door Belvilla opgegeven adres is niet via navigatie te vinden. Bij toeval hebben wij het, na navragen in het dorp , toch gevonden. Het huis ligt op een groot afgesloten terrein (tuin ?) met meerdere huizen en een elektronisch te openen poort. Het terrein ziet er wat wild en niet onderhouden uit. Het omheinde gedeelte rond het vakantiehuis is wel netjes. Accommodatie + groot ruim mooi huis + mooi zwembad + fijne goedwerkende jaccuzi / hottube + goedwerkende apparatuur in het huis + parkeergelegenheid bij het huis + ruim balkon + goedwerkende WIFI + goed liggende bedden Omgeving Rustige mooie omgeving, waar je fijn kunt wandelen. Bij de bakker in het plaatsje Oupia kan je een stokbroodje halen. In het plaatsje Olonzac kan je winkelen en er is op dinsdag een leuke markt. Opmerking Het boeken van dit huis loopt via Belvilla, maar er kunnen extra services bijgeboekt worden (zoals b.v. zwembadverwarming). Maar dat loopt dan weer via Kuypers Verhuur. Dat je dan te maken krijgt met 2 instanties hebben wij als minder prettig ervaren, dat liep niet zo efficient. We hebben tijdens ons verblijf wat klachten over wat zaken geuit richting Kuypers Verhuur. Die klachten zijn dezelfde dag nog goed verholpen
