Description

This charming, semi-detached villa with features from the 1920s is located 200 m above sea level and therefore offers a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea. In clear weather you can see Corsica! The house with roof terrace and heated pool has a great location and is ideal for holidays with family and friends.

The residence on the French Riviera - Côte d'Azur is close to the Nietzsche trail where you can take lovely walks. The medieval town of Èze-sur-Mer, with its picturesque narrow alleys and special location on top of the mountain, is about 250 m away. From the house you walk directly, via the Chemin de Michel path, to the Plateau de la Justice with spectacular views of St. Jean Cap Ferrat, Nice, Antibes and Saint Tropez.

The pool is adjustable and therefore ideal for families with children. Enjoy the Mediterranean climate on the sunbeds around it or have a cosy barbecue on the spacious roof terrace with dining table and sea view.

The pool heats up to about 4 degrees, so the water temperature can still be chilly on cold days.

Het huis heeft van alles maar is niet netjes afgewerkt en heeft achterstallig onderhoud. Vooral de badkamer op de eerste verdieping is slecht.

Die „moderne“ Villa war ein altes Haus. Der Blick aufs Meer ist phantastisch, das Haus insgesamt groß, mit sauberem Pool, Klimanalage in allen Zimmern und in Eze nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer. Leider hat es sonst überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Aufgequollene Arbeitspaltten in Bad und Küche, verdreckt-verstopfte Dusche, ein EG-Zimmer, das eigentlich ein dunkles Kellerloch ist. Leider überhaupt nicht das, was in der Beschreibung stand. Beschwerden haben gar nichts gebracht. Belvila stellt sich tot. Eine Anfrage beim Amwalt hat ergeben, dass häufiger gegen Belvilla geklagt wird. Jetzt verstehe ich warum. Für mich definitiv die letzte Buchung bei diesem Portal.

Tolle Villa mit super lage! Der Pool ist klasse. Das haus ist einfach eingerichtet aber alles da was man braucht. Rachid und Herr Goemann sind super nett und freundlich! Gerne kommen wir wieder :)

Beetje ontgoocheld over de properheid bij aankomst. Overal bladeren op de grond, keukendeuren plakken... Duidelijk een tijdje onbewoond geweest.

de aankomst was niet zo aangenaam, omdat we de contactpersoon niet konden bereiken(fout tel nr), en we 2 u op de stoep stonden. Wel zeer mooie villa! ik was wel even geschrokken hoe hoog boven de zee ze lag, had ik verkeerd ingeschat
