Eigen huis bij kasteel in een mooie en heerlijk rustige omgeving. Gastheer en -vrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gite is schoon maar wel een beetje verouderd en mist wat zaken die verblijf zouden verbeteren, zoals waterkoker, fan, nieuwe pan(nen), theepot en droogrek voor de was. Ondanks de wat afgelegen locatie is er in de omgeving genoeg te zien en bezoeken. Grote supermarkt, warme bakker etc in volgende dorp op ca 6 km. Aanrader is de kano tocht vanuit Chateau /s Allier naar Apremont. Ons overall verblijf was 'goed' maar qua comfort is de beoordeling 'redelijk' van toepassing.
