Beautiful, natural stone, detached villa with large surrounding garden with private pool, olive trees and picnic table. While enjoying a nice wine, you can enjoy a well-deserved, sun-drenched holiday here with unobstructed views over the beautiful garden and surrounding nature.
The house has a spacious dining/sitting area and open-plan kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove. Cosily decorated and very comfortable furnishings.
Satteliettv and wifi are available with Flemish channels and Netflix.
There are 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 small bedroom with single bed and then 1 room under the roof with 2 single beds. Due to the low roof, this last room is only suitable for children.
Adjacent to the house, a stone-vaulted covered terrace with large oak table seating 12 people.
Large garden of 1700m2, partly enclosed by a wall and with a large terrace and private swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September).
Around the pool you will find a terrace with natural stone benches, as well as sunbeds, garden furniture and parasols.
An outdoor shower offering the necessary privacy completes the picture.
Take a siesta in the hammock in the shade of a deciduous tree and enjoy this lovely peaceful spot.
The friendly town of Les Vans is barely 5 km from this holiday resort.
For children, you will also find all kinds of entertainment including a children's house in the garden and games.

Date of stay: August 2023Het huis is geweldig met veel ruimte en privacy rondom. We hebben genoten van het riante zwembad en de airco in de slaapkamers was nuttig. Het huis biedt alle gemakken en een ruime keuken waarin je heerlijk kan koken. Het ligt afgelegen en de weg er heen is wat krap met tegenliggers maar het is te doen en Les Vans is dichtbij. Je komt hier voor je rust en dan kan je hier fijn je vakantie doorbrengen. Nadelen zijn er ook, tijgermuggen (augustus) vanaf 19.00 dus rustig buiten eten is echt niet leuk, in de woonkamer is geen echte zithoek maar een oude tuinset, zit niet lekker en doet cheap aan. In de garage staat de installatie van het zwembad en deze maakt veel geluid, zoiets moet je eigenlijk in een aparte berging plaatsen of de garage geluiddicht maken. Dat hoor je echt wel in huis... Voorts wifi matig en niet overal bereikbaar, maar had een wifi-extender gevonden en toen was het veel beter. Maar goed, dat zijn luxe problemen en is het wel echt value for money. Heb veel duurdere woningen gezien die er slechter bij stonden. Al met al een aanrader voor mensen die rust, privacy en wat comfort zoeken!

Date of stay: May 2022Een prachtig huis. Goed uitgerust met keukengerei om heerlijke maaltijden te maken om op t terras te nuttigen. Fijne slaapkamers. Jammer dat de zwembadpomp het niet doet, zandresten op de bodem en paar keer per dag de chloorvlokken wegscheppen, zorgt ervoor dat de kinderen dit geen punt vinden. Bij aankomst in was dit al duidelijk, maar na 4 dagen nog niet geregeld. Jammer, maar mag de pret niet drukken.

Date of stay: July 2020Heel verzorgd vakantiehuis. Alles was aanwezig. Leuk zwembad. Airco in de slaapkamers is een echt pluspunt. Rustige ligging. Kortom wij hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie in dit fantastische vakantiehuis.
