Description

This relaxing holiday home in Les Forges is based on a plot of 600 m2 in the countryside which can accommodate a family or a group of 4. There is a swimming pool (outside, heated, shared) alongside a garden and terrace where you can relax and enjoy burgers fresh from a barbecue grill. There will be Andrew to hand over and collect keys from you. Situated in the tranquility of the French countryside, there is plenty to explore and discover in this beautiful region from the medieval town of Parthenay, the historical city of Poitiers to the famous port of La Rochelle.

Several French communes lie nearby like the village of Vasles (5 km), Ménigoute (10 km). Futuroscope Amusement Park is nearly a 30-minute ride away. Restaurants and supermarkets are 5-6 km away.

The villa is equipped with all kitchen equipment. WiFi is available at the business center for free. There is no free WiFi at home, but can be made available upon request, for a fee. Free private parking is available onsite.

Het is een mooi terrein, prachtig zwembad. Prima onderhoud buiten. Alles oogt mooi en ziet er leuk uit. Het huis is voldoende ruim voor 4 personen. De bedden zijn prima. Maar het klopt niet dat er overal wifi is wat Belvilla beweert op de website! Integendeel er is alleen wifi aan de receptie en dat is 200 m verder, er is zelfs nauwelijks 4G. Het servies en bestek is minimaal 6 stuks voor 4 personen, dus moet je steeds met de hand afwassen of de vaatwasser niet vol laten draaien. Er was nauwelijks geveegd of gestofzuigd zodat we de eerste dag grijze voeten en sokken hadden. De TV heeft alleen Duitse posten zelfs geen standaard Franse posten wel VRTradio 1 en 2 maar met een afschuwelijke metaal klank. De grill van de barbecue was aangekoekt en verroest, die hebben we dus niet gebruikt. De stoelen in de woonkamer zijn doorgezakt. De eigenares heeft duidelijk op haar centen gezeten bij de eigen inrichting en geen te best of te weinig materiaal aangekocht en heeft problemen met de poetsdienst.
