Our stay was absolutely 5-star! The place was impeccable for our family's three-night stay in Paris, Check in was seamless and the place was spotless, I highly recommend this place!

Our group of four had a flawless stay, The accommodation had ample space, beddings, and so forth for our group, and the place's location was superb, While entering or exiting the building could be slightly challenging, the guidelines were quite explicit, so we encountered no significant problems, We certainly would love to stay here again if we ever return to Paris!

The accommodation was centrally located with numerous activities around Opera, Ideal for accessing trains, buses and the Luxury mall, The apartment was spacious enough for our family of three, but there were several damaged floor boards that we nearly hurt ourselves on, and a noticeable sewage odor when entering which you quickly get used to, Without the issue of the floor boards and the smell, it would have been a 5 star experience, I would still consider staying here in the future when we visit Paris again,

We appreciated our stay in one of the few accommodations in Paris with 4 individual beds and 2 washrooms, The location was excellent and most places were within walking distance,

An incredible flat in a prime location, Immaculate, the flat felt like a high-class hotel with spacious bathrooms and updated decor, fixtures, and cabinetry, We were thankful that we were received on short notice due to unexpected issues we encountered at another lodging where we had to leave hastily,

The apartment was extremely tidy and superbly located, Also, the hosting service was very accommodating, very pleased with everything!

Lovely apartment in a prime location, Great transport links, The apartment was immaculate, The only issue we encountered was the late check-in time (4pm) and the inability to store our luggage before then, Unfortunately, the locker services suggested by the host were fully booked, forcing us to lug our bags around for kilometers, Aside from that, we had a pleasant experience,

The flat is extremely safe and in a highly convenient location close to metro stations, The beds are comfortable and the amenities are top-notch, Just be aware that the shower leaks, so it's a good idea to have extra towels on hand,

The location was so good that we mostly walked around during the trip, It was good for 4 people to travel with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the house was spacious compared to France, so it was very comfortable, And it was safe because we had to use four passwords! It was a bit noisy because it was on a main road, but it seemed like central heating, Still, it was a satisfactory place,

Excellent location! Nice facilities, many nearby dining options, Within walking distance to Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Palais Garnier, Louvre, It was a bit snug for the 7 of us (4 adults and 3 children ages 11, 8, 5), but it was manageable, The beds were extremely cozy, We loved being able to open the windows and listen to the sounds of Paris around us, Like others have mentioned, there are 4 doors each requiring a different code, but we made sure to jot them all down and snap a photo, so it was fairly easy to maneuver, There is an adorable creperie right across the street for breakfast!

Authentic 2 bedroom in Opera District, Joffrey was extremely helpful in assisting us with locating early storage for our luggage, The apartment is very secure with 4 locks, although it took some time to figure out how to exit - once you understand, it's straightforward, Conveniently located near the metro, restaurants, Galleries Lafayette, and more,

The flat is just as described, perfectly situated, roomy, secure and well equipped, We spent a week here and had a generally pleasant stay with a few hiccups:br/br/Upon arrival, the air conditioning was not working, We reported it right away, but a technician was not sent until the following morning, Communication with the property manager was satisfactory during weekdays but lacking on Sundays, br/br/We were expecting some noise based on previous reviews mentioning that the flat was not very quiet, However, we were pleasantly surprised to find it quite tranquil by Parisian standards, As long as you keep the windows closed and the air conditioning running, it is relatively peaceful and cozy, The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city!br/br/The multiple codes required to enter the flat provide a sense of security, but at times it was tricky to open the door from the inside, We got accidentally locked in a couple of times and had to figure out the lock, br/br/It would be beneficial to have mattress protectors as they currently use flat sheets that tend to come off during the night, The washer/dryer combo was excellent and very practical! The kitchen is well stocked and even includes some complimentary coffee pods, It would have been nice to have some paper towels on hand, There are plenty of bed linens and towels provided, but a limited supply of toilet paper,br/br/The front of the flat is bright and offers a pleasant view of the street, The second bedroom is a bit dim due to its small window, but it does have a nice full bathroom attached, For a longer stay, it would be helpful to have a small vacuum cleaner or at least a mop to clean the floors,br/br/Despite the initial issues, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Amazing location in the city center, ideal for those who enjoy exploring on foot and close to the subway station, Stunning apartment views, Entry into the apartment was a bit complicated but easy to understand, providing a strong sense of security, The apartment was stocked with coffee pods, hand soap, shower gel, towels, and more, The air conditioning was effective and greatly appreciated during the heatwave, We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment for both short and long visits,

A very cozy apartment located right on the street that separates the 2nd and 9th arrondissements, It is compact yet practical, and our family of 4 found it to be a good fit, The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were modern, and the decor was tasteful and contemporary, The neighborhood appeared safe, and as mentioned by others, there are 4 doors with access codes to enter the apartment, The apartment door itself has a self-locking mechanism, which caused us some confusion when trying to leave after arrival and getting locked out, Thankfully, the emergency contact number was effective, and the company swiftly delivered a physical key via Uber within 15-20 minutes, allowing us to re-enter, While the phone contact was reliable, communication via text was inconsistent, We encountered a minor issue with slow-draining sinks, which was promptly resolved, The area has a somewhat business-like feel with numerous restaurants and nearby metro stations, Compared to our previous 2 CheckMyGuest stays on this 2-week trip, this one felt the most impersonal and lacked sufficient general guidance to enhance our experience,

We had a wonderful time during our stay in this extremely clean and safe apartment! The efficient air conditioning was a particular highlight as we were there during a heatwave, The accommodation was very cozy for our family of four, Our teenage son slept on one of the sofa beds and found it to be comfortable, Additionally, the location was ideal,,, very central and in close proximity to the Paris Opera, Galeries Lafayette, and Printemps, It is within walking distance to the Louvre, near a convenient metro station, and easily accessible from CDG airport thanks to a direct bus service with a stop just a couple of blocks away, There were also numerous bakeries and Starbucks nearby for breakfast, We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is ideal for numerous excursions in the city due to its proximity to the metro station at the opera, The apartment is spacious, well laid out, and was very clean, Unfortunately, there is a very loud ventilation system in the courtyard, to which one of the two bedrooms faces, The second bedroom faces the street at the front, so ultimately both bedrooms - probably more common for Paris - cannot really be described as quiet,

Nice apartment, very central, a stone's throw from the Opera, There were 8 of us and we were well settled, Two small remarks, there is a lack of blackout curtain on a window in the living room, you need to be used to sleeping with light, The living room and one of the two bedrooms are facing the street and there can be noise disturbances, Otherwise cleanliness is okay and the access system to the apartment by code is very practical, We had an excellent weekend there,

Very easy and curious

This was an excellent place to stay, We only stayed for one night, but this is an area we enjoy staying in near the opera house, Convenient access to the subway for getting around, There is a parking garage nearby, The apartment was roomy, Naturally, there is some street noise at night, but it's Paris after all, what more can you expect, It didn't bother us,

This flat is in a fantastic location and the images are exactly what you see! I am truly amazed! Parking outside is quite pricey (75 euros for 6 hours), however, there are numerous private parking options that are better, even though you may need to walk a short distance, Not a major issue! Note: remember to bring soap, shampoo, and extra toilet paper as there is limited supply in the apartment,

We were a group of 4 adults, spending a long weekend and we discovered it to be an excellent apartment, impeccably clean and well located, We hardly had to use the subway, We would definitely recommend and stay there again without any hesitation, Just be careful not to overload the elevator, it might get stuck!!!!
