Description:
This is a huge 11-bedroom holiday home for 30 people in the North Eifel Germany Region. It's located near the magnificent Eifel National Park. This recently completely renovated and modernised group home is a good choice. A lake and a ski lift are both 5 km away. The home has a bar and a recreation room which has billiards, darts and football games. The Hellenthal Game Reserve is only 5 minutes away and the Rohren Sports Centre is 15 minutes away. In the summer, it has a large track and in the winter, you can ski or snowboard here. The Ruhr Reservoir is 15 minutes away, where there are plenty of water sports. You can take a variety of boat tours among the mountains. You will find restaurants and supplies within 1 km of the home. The beautifull village of Monschau is nearby (15 min. drive) The home has a garden with furniture and a terrace with a barbecue. There is also a fenced outside area. Fireworks and noisy parties are forbidden, there is a concierge nearby (deposit on site) Cologne Bonn Airport is 78 km away. Note: A stainless steel grill is provided free of charge, it should be returned clean, otherwise we will charge €100 for cleaning costs. All cutlery, plates and other items should also be dried cleanly. This is not included in the final cleaning. The departure time should be adhered to as we only have a short period of time to prepare for the next group. If the period is not met, we will charge an additional day of stay. (€500 + €150 additional costs).
