Description
This spacious and recently modern renovated holiday home for groups is situated near the beautifull village of Monschau. It can accommodate large families or a group of friends or colleagues of up to 40 guests. It also features a private garden, a fenced terrace, and a barbecue to enjoy in the evenings.
You will be staying only 1 km away from the town centre, where you can go on a shopping spree at the supermarkets or enjoy restaurant-hopping. Lively nightlife will let you blow off some steam. There is also a beautiful lake 5 km away, where you can spend a sunny day picnicking by the banks and you are in the middle of the beautifull Eifel National Park where you can hike and take you bicycle or motorbike in any direction.
On the ground floor, you will find a large kitchen and a recreation room with indoor games to keep you entertained. You can even sit by the bar and enjoy a drink on a lazy day-in. The terrace and the courtyard (fenced) with garden furniture also offer a relaxed area to enjoy. Enough parkingspaces on-site. Fireworks and noisy parties are forbidden, there is a concierge nearby (deposit to be payed on site).
Public transport is available closeby the accomodation, and the nearest ski lift is 5 km away.
Note: A stainless steel grill is provided free of charge, it should be returned clean, otherwise we will charge €100 for cleaning costs. All cutlery, plates and other items should also be dried cleanly. This is not included in the final cleaning.
The departure time should be adhered to as we only have a short period of time to prepare for the next group. If the period is not met, we will charge an additional day of stay. (€500 + €150 additional costs).

Date of stay: May 2023Fijn verblijf maar de kamers zijn verouderd. Eetkamer is ook behoorlijk krap. Weinig buitenruimte maar verder prima.

Date of stay: June 2023We hadden een geheel vakantiehuis voor een grote groep geboekt en via de mail bevestigd via Belvilla dat we het gehele vakantiehuis ter beschikking hadden: begane grond, 1e en 2e verdieping. Op locatie echter, bleek in gesprek met de huiseigenaar, dat we enkel de bagage grond en 1e verdieping konden gebruiken. Hierover contact gezocht met Belvilla, met Martin, bleek dit te kloppen maar dit kon je bij Belvilla niet op de site te kunnen zien???? Sta je daar met een grote groep en onvoldoende kamers… ja wel konden de 2e verdieping wel krijgen, tegen betaling. Zeer slechte communicatie en advertentie vanuit Belvilla.

Date of stay: October 2020Das Gebäude ist in einem alten, aber durchaus gutem Zustand. Für gute Unterhaltung haben die Spielgeräte gesorgt. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und haben für das Wochenende ihren Zweck erfüllt. Wir haben aufgrund Corona das gesamte Haus gemietet. Die Nebenkosten waren dadurch sicherlich was Höher, ob diese gerechtfertigt sind, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Die Küche ist okay, leider fehlt es hier an einer brauchbaren Ausstattung. Töpfe, Pfannen, Messer ect. sind eigentlich Schrott. Nur mit größeren Umständen hat sich die Gruppe von 37 Personen verpflegen lassen.
