Description
These semi-detached villas are located in the Cochem holiday resort and were restyled in 2017. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy.
You have a living room with floor heating and an open kitchen furnished with appliances. There are two bathrooms, one of which with a traditional sauna. The bedrooms have two single-person box-spring beds, whether or not in a two-person setup. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.
There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car.

Date of stay: April 2022Es war OK, das Ferienhaus war Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Abgezähltes Besteck für 4 Personen. Spülmaschine hat das Geschirr nicht richtig gereinigt. Die Matratzen der Betten waren wie Hängematten. … unter den Betten sehr Staubig sowie auch in einigen Ecken des Hauses ( da ist noch viel Luft nach oben ). Positiv zu bewerten waren die Badezimmer. Außenbereich sowie Waschmaschine/ Wäschetrockner und Sauna wurden nicht benutzt. Essen vom Foodtruck mal abgesehen von den Pommes eine Katastrophe ( Deshalb wurde auch das Restaurant nicht besucht ).

Date of stay: March 2022 - April 2022Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, der Aufenthalt in dem gebuchten Haus begann mit einem nicht gesaugten und nicht gewischten Fußbodens im Haus. Das wurde dann von uns erledigt. Bei weiterer Besichtigung mussten wir feststellen, dass der Duschkopf im Duschbad defekt war und im Fugenbereich schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Nach einer Mitteilung im Office, wurde der Duschkopf ausgewechselt, aber der schwarze Schimmel im Duschbad nicht entfernt. Eine Benutzung des Duschbades war auch durch die Schimmelsporen nicht möglich. Wir erwarten hier eine entsprechende Entschädigung für die Unbenutzbarkeit des Duschbades. Date of stay: January 2022fijn ruimhuis. alle benodigde materialen aanwezig. Goede sauna. Ook veel en goede faciliteiten op het park zoals restaurant, supermarkt e.d. Minpuntje is dat het park nog weinig begroeiing heeft, wsl omdat het vrij recent is. Daardoor is er minder privacy met buren, met name wat betreft het tuinterras

Date of stay: February 2018 - March 2018Aankomst in de koudste week van het jaar, tot nu toe. Woning was goed warm en schoon. Verwarming in de beide badkamers waren koud, geen gordijn voor het raam. TD was er snel voor de radiators blijkt dat je beneden erg warm moet stoken om de radiator boven aan te krijgen. Dus dat was dagelijks ondanks de koude ramen of deuren open omdat het beneden niet uit te houden was de vloerverwarming was dan te warm. Een gordijn voor het badkamer raam was wel even een dingetje, maar na even duidelijk gemaakt te hebben dat ik echt geen inkijk wilde is er uiteindelijk een gordijn uit een andere woning gehaald. De zithoek is erg krap voor 4 personen of er moet een veel kleinere tafel neer gezet worden.
