In 2019, this fully restyled semi-detached villa on Ferienresort Cochem was added to the program.
On the ground floor there is a living room with TV. There is also an open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the hall there is a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (whether or not in a double arrangement). There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. One of the bathrooms features a toilet. A stair gate upstairs, a high chair and a camp bed make this holiday home a child-friendly house.
Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking space for one car at the holiday home.
At Cochem Holiday Resort, there are several holiday homes for rent for four to a maximum of fourteen people.

Date of stay: July 2022Huisjes dicht op elkaar, last en hinder van rokende gasten op het park. Zou een rookverbod moeten komen! Huisje heeft geen airco, met 38 graden moeten de ramen dus open staan. Weinig privacy in je tuin. Geen kinderveilige stopcontacten, huisje is in basis prima, maar als je goed kijkt zit er wel slijtage aan. Loszittende klinken, kozijnen van deuren die los zitten. De faciliteiten op het park zijn matig. Zit weinig sfeer op het park. Alles is vlak, weinig tot geen bomen (en dus een gebrek aan schaduw) Slechts 1 laadpaal beschikbaar voor een paar honderd huisjes.
