Description

The town of Deggendorf is also known as the gateway to the Bavarian Forest and is a small, thriving town with many small restaurants and shopping facilities. The house in which your holiday home is located is about one kilometre from the town centre and is situated on a quiet, sunny south-facing slope with a small garden. The bright and tastefully decorated ground floor apartment has a separate entrance. A large sun terrace with many Mediterranean plants invites you to relax. The Danube cycle path is only 300 metres away from the house - from here you can start cycling tours to Regensburg, Passau or Austria. Kilometre-long hiking trails lead through the region of the Bavarian Forest. In winter there are several options for skiing, hiking and cross-country skiing in the nearby cross-country ski run. Consider the following excursion destinations: tree top path in the Bavarian Forest, Schloss Egg, Benedictine Abbey Metten, Feng Shui Spa Park Lalling, Game Park Buchet.

Bij aankomst hebben we gebeld, en werd ons verteld waar de sleutel lag. Het huisje ligt gewoon in een woonwijk waar het redelijk rustig is. Het is een verzorgde buurt. De eigenaresse is een keer langs gekomen om te vragen of alles goed was. We hebben ons goed vermaakt en het huisje was netjes.

Bijzondere aankomst, geen persoonlijk contact. Sleutel lag ergens. Prima nette woning met veel opbergruimte. Grote badkamer met helaas kleine douche. De vloer in de badkamer werd nat na het douchen. Smal bed van 1.40 meter. De woning ligt in een rustige woonwijk. Voor de woning een klein terras, waar je rustig kunt zitten. Ik zou wel zelf relax stoeltjes meenemen. Leuke stad. Wij hadden fietsen mee, waardoor je relatief snel in het centrum was. Lopen is te doen, maar duurt zeker 20 minuten.
