Beautiful walking opportunities from the front door. Now also look at the nice Christmas markets nearby (Kronenburg, Bad Munstereifel).A nice ski weekend Prum, Schwarze Mann 15 minutes drive away. Ski equipment for rent there. Also the very beautiful medieval town of Bad Munstereifel is a 25 minute drive away. You can shop there nice and cheap (Outlet). In summer Kronerburger See ideal for all types of water sports, swimming. The town of Kronenburg is also a 10-minute drive away.The house has underfloor heating, radiators and a beautiful wood-burning stove. Firewood if present under windfang 2 floor free. After skiing for a fee in the Sauna Infrared. Playroom for the kids makes it a cosy family home. The garden is also cosy with all the garden furniture, Barbeque, hammock, Badminton, Jeu de Boules and other games. Sleds are also under wind capture for use. Fijne, ruime woning gelegen in een rustige straat met uitzicht op de natuur. Misschien een wat ouderwets aandoende inrichting maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Pluspunten: knusse, omheinde tuin, een smalle maar prettige keuken, een degelijke badkamer met bad, een houtkachel, goede matrassen, een pooltafel en tafelvoetbal. Prettig verblijf gehad met de kat die gelukkig ook welkom was.

Een ruim en heerlijk koel huis. Een prachtige omgeving. En in huis een Pooltafel, dartbord en tafelvoetbal.

Das Haus ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist eher zusammengewürfelt. Die Küche ist neu und modern, der Rest eher alt. Vorhänge fallen teilweise ab und eine Jalousie war kaputt. Also mehrere Sachen müssten erneuert werden. Ebenso haben wir teilweise schwarze Flecken an den Wänden erkannt, wo wir nicht sicher waren, ob dies Dreck oder schimmel ist. Die Fußbodenheizung ist super und sonst gewöhnt man sich auch an die sporadische Einrichtung. Die Sauberkeit war super und es war alles notwendige vorhanden.

Das Küchenzubehör enthält nur das allernötigste. Gute Matratzen. Wir hätten uns über geputzte Fenster und eine ausgesaugte Sauna gefreut. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber und die Betten waren bei Ankunft bezogen.
