Description
This refurbished, detached, Koos Kids villa is situated in holiday resort Cochem and features a Koos Konijn theme throughout. There's a Koos Konijn shower curtain, a Koos dining table and a Koos bean bag. Two of the total of six bedrooms are furnished in Koos style. There's a bunk bed with a slide.
The interior is modern and complete. The small, but attractive living room features a TV. In the open plan kitchen you'll find a dishwasher and microwave. There are six bedrooms. Two of them are situated on the ground floor and feature two single beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or left separately. The other four bedrooms are on the first floor. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are furnished with a children's bunk bed, one with two single beds, either left separate or pushed together to make a double bed, and there's one nursery furnished with a cot and a changing station. There's one bathroom with shower on the ground floor. There are three more bathrooms on the first floor, one with a shower, one with a bath and one with a shower and a sauna. Each floor also features a separate toilet.
The layout of the villa makes it ideal for six adults, four children under 12 and up to three babies under 2. This child-friendly villa is fitted with a stair gate upstairs, child-proof sockets throughout and there's a playpen and a high chair.
There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The garden can be reached through the French doors from the kitchen. For your convenience, there's a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is parking space for two cars at the holiday home.

Date of stay: August 2021Huisje was niet goed schoon. Onder de banken en bedden lag veel stof en gebruikte zakdoekjes. Afwerking van het huisje was slecht. Het park heeft 2 zeer kleine speeltuintjes en weinig ander vermaak voor de kinderen. Bij de kidzclub mochten maar 10 kinderen binnen en het zwembad was gesloten.

We dachten in zee te gaan met een betrouwbaar bureau en waren daarom bereid om iets meer te betalen dan als we rechtstreeks een huis hadden geboekt bij een verhuurder. Wat een teleurstelling. Ze beloven smorgens als je ze spreekt terug te bellen en bellen vervolgens niet terug, ze sluiten smiddags de telefoon af en zijn onbereikbaar, ze geven verkeerd advies over het zelf kunnen omboeken van de reis via de website in verband met de recente overstromingen. Ze zeggen dat ze zullen helpen en daarvoor zullen terugbellen, maar ze bellen niet terug en hebben ook geen oplossing. Onze vakantie is geannuleerd en in het water gevallen en ze geven geen geld terug! We hopen nog op medewerking maar zoals het er nu uitziet boeken wij nooit meer met Belvilla. Onbetrouwbaar.

Date of stay: July 2021Das Haus ist in einem zu verbessernden Zustand. Die Aussenfassade ist kaputt. Die Wand an der Terrassentür bzw. auch die Tür sind mit Weinspritzern befleckt. Dazu kamen noch ein fehlender Rauchmelder im Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, die Lüftung im oberen Badebereich ist defekt, die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer ist defekt. Des Weiteren war die Revisionsklappe mit Klebeband notdürftig befestigt. Die Türen müssten alle mal nachgestellt werden und zum Schluss fehlte eine Toilettenbürste. Es wäre schön, bevor die Häuser an neue Mieter übergeben werden, das eine Überprüfung stattfindet. Denn ich als Urlauber bin nicht verpflichtet, alles auf Vollständigkeit ,Sauberkeit, Unfallquellen und Intaktheit zu überprüfen. Die Inneneinrichtung stimmte bei weiten nicht mit den Angebotsbildern überein. Nicht mal annähernd. Das Personal der Rezeption von Roompot ist sehr freundlich und versucht für alles ein Lösung zu finden. Für uns wird dieses Objekt nicht mehr in Frage kommen.
