Description

This luxurious, modern, detached villa is located in the beautifully situated holiday park Ferienpark Winterberg. It is approx. 500 m from the ski area and approx. 1 km from the pleasant centre of Winterberg.

The villa is furnished in a comfortable, attractive and complete way and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a TV and a nice wood stove in the living room. Ideal for colder days. The luxurious open plan kitchen includes a dishwasher and an oven. There also is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. On the first floor, you will find two more bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, toilet and a nice sauna. Here you can relax and enjoy your well-deserved holiday. All beds are single box-spring beds in a 2-person setup.

The villa is surrounded by a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is a storage room where you can store skis and/or bicycles. There is parking space for one car in the vicinity of the villa.

At holiday park Ferienpark Winterberg, four different types of cottages and holiday homes are offered for four to twelve people.

The deposit only applies to groups (other than a family) and is € 100 per person.

Wir waren mit ganze Familie über Weihnachtstage in Winterberg. Leider hatten wir ein Pech mit dem Wetter. Es hat nur ununterbrochen 3 Tage geregnet. Das war nix mit Rodeln oder Skifahren. Im Winterberg hat man im Winter leider keine Schneegarantie. Das ist halt Risiko, wenn man voraus bucht. Ich empfehle lieber spontan zu buchen. Das Ferienhaus macht solide Eindruck. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Am besten hat mir die Sauna gefallen, das war nicht schlecht bei dem nassem Wetter. Was ich klein bisschen störend fand, dass die WC - Lüfter hatten laute Geräusche gemacht, die müssen bestimmt gewartet werden. Das Haus hat schönen Kamin, wenn man den benutzen möchte muss man das Holz selber mitbringen. Ich finde, bei dem Preis sollte der Vermieter am wenigsten paar Hölzer gratis anbieten. Ansonsten ist klare Weiterempfehlung.
