Prettige ontvangst. Accommodatie is klein maar fijn. 's Morgens wel vrij veel lawaai van verkeer. In de omgeving veel te beleven, zowel natuur als cultuur.

Het was een heerlijke vakantie, een prachtig huisje en hele lieve mensen die alles er aan doen om het je naar de zin te maken.

Een prachtige vakantie in een mooi stukje Duitsland. Afwisseling van natuur, cultuur en ontspanning. Een prachtig huisje (wel wat klein) met een vriendelijke gastheer en vrouw. De keuken is wel wat klein. Je hebt de beschikking over slecht twee kookplaten en de magnetron is geen combi. Dat was soms best wel even tobben. Voordeel is dat je in dit gebied relatief goedkoop uit eten kunt. Mooie uitstapjes gemaakt naar de Wartburg (Maarten Luther), Erfurt (prachtige stad) en Buchenwald (indrukwekkend). Tijdens de warme dagen is het prachtig om te zwemmen in Ilmenau in het prachtige buitenzwembad. Daarna lekker eten in restaurant zur Post in Ilmenau! Dit is een echte aanrader!
