A gorgeous countryside villa in the Arkadi region of Crete in Greece, it can accommodate up to 5 guests and has 2 quaint bedrooms. It is ideal for couples or a family with children.

In the village of Agia Triada, the nearest beach is at a distance of 5 km. The town has a beautiful harbour with seafood, there are restaurants and bars by the boulevard. The coastline in the region is 20 km long.

A modern villa with stone walls and archways, it has a private swimming pool and barbecue. One can spend the evenings on the terrace, taking in the panoramic views of the island.

Public transport is 400 m away while general supplies and restaurants are 800 m away. The town center is 10 km away and the nightlife is 7 km away. The nearest airport is the Heraklion Airport which is at a distance of 75 km.

Please ask us for more information. Rethymno is an ideal town for bicycles because combines rarely united features the old town's charm and history, with proximity to a long sandy beach. With your bicycle you can visit in few minutes the Fortezza (fortress) which was built by the Venetians, the Archaeological museum at the entrance to the fortress, the Venetian Loggia which is dating back to the 16th century, the folkloreand history museum, the main minaret (Neratze mosque), the Rimondi fountain and also to buy fresh products from ''Laiki" (the local market). In the old town of Rethymno you will find everything from traditional bakeries, cafes, taverns and also a variety of shops in the street of Arkadiou, Souliou and Ethnikis Antistasis. It is a great advantage to rent a bicycle and after roaming in the small streets of Rethymno to be in the long beach in just few minutes! For our guests we rent special bicycles in a special price. Meer dan geweldig. Ontvangen door een medewerker, uitleg over uitstapjes op kreta. De villa was brand schoon en een schaal fruit bij aankomst. In de omschrijving staat 1x per week wissel van beddengoed en schoonmaak, maar er wordt om de paar dagen schoongemaakt en bedden verschoond dus dat is geweldig. Die Villa ist wunderschön gelegen. Wer den Blick weit über das Meer liebt ist hier richtig. Die Terasse ist mit einer dicht bewachsenen Pergola vor starker Sonne geschützt. Für sonnenhungrige kann man auch das Dach als Sonnenterasse nutzen. Sonnenliegen sind vor Ort. Selbstverständlich stehen auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung. Diese werden auch regelmäßig gewechselt. Selbst um den Pool kümmerte sich ein Servicemitarbeiter. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bei der Ausstattung ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Besonders haben wir es genossen, jeden Morgen frischen Orangensaft zu pressen. Orangen gibt es auf jedem Wochenmarkt sehr preiswert. Für jeden Raum ist eine eigene Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Bedienung erfolgt unkompliziert über Fernbedienungen. Da wir im Oktober hier waren gab es auch einige kühlere Tage, an denen wir die Klimaanlage zum Heizen nutzen konnten. Den vorhandenen TV haben wir nicht genutzt. Es ist eine Satellitenanlage mit mehreren fremdsprachigen Programmen vorhanden. Das W-Lan hilft bei der Tourenplanung und war auch für Streaming schnell genug. Für den Besuch einsamer Strände lagen kleine transportable Sonnenschirme bereit. Wer die Villa mietet benötigt einen PKW, der direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden kann. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Haus auch für nächstes Jahr wieder mieten.

De aankomst was prettig,, alles was schoon, keurig geregeld, fruit in de koelkast als welkomstcadeau. Uitzicht is fantastisch, de omgeving is heel erg rustig wat wij zeer aangenaam vonden.

Slechts 5 min rijden naar het strand... de stad Rethymno ietsje verder maar een mooi en ruim huis met heerlijk zwembad en prachtig uitzicht.
