Gorgeous residence with swimming pool. in Torri del Benaco, on Lake Garda.

This 8-apartment property is ideally located at only 2 km from the city centre and at 800 metres above the lake level. It boasts a wonderful view on the surrounding landscape.
The accommodation can be on the ground or on the first floor.
Guests can enjoy the recently built infinity pool, a large well-kept garden, a barbecue, two external showers, a laundry and parking spot.

Torri de Benaco and the nearby towns are well known for their wines and extra-virgin olive oil: during your stay you should definitely pay a visit to the cellars and the oil mills, where you can taste and buy the local produce. The accommodation is perfectly located if you intend to take a ferry or drive to the other towns on the lake. The area has lots to offer in terms of (water) sports: sailing, canoeing, water-skiing - but also hiking and mountain biking.

The accommodation owner organises various tours and excursions: to the surroundings of Lake Garda, Verona, Valpolicella, Venice, Cremona, Mantova, Milan, the Dolomites and much more.

A public gravel beach is 800 metres from the property. Restaurants, bars and shops can be found within 2 km.
Air-conditioning is upon request and has an additional cost of 10€ per day.
The street that goes up to the property is quite steep and is not served by public transportation.

Die Ankunft und die Schlüsselübergabe bzw. die Einweisung war super. Was negativ war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und der Herd. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen die Küche sauber zu hinterlassen ich glaube wir haben es sauberer hinterlassen wie wir sie angetroffen haben. es funktionierte nur ein Herdplatte und die auch nicht immer.Nudelwasser kochen ein Albtraum kann bis zu 3 Stunden dauern. Die Aussicht und Umgebung war super.

Bij aankomst, sleuteladres alles prima geregeld. Bij aankomst in huis, twee teleurstellingen , slaapbank gewoonweg smerig , zelf schoon gemaakt. Bedlinnen voor een bed smerig. Deze beide zaken wel gemeld bij het sleuteladres. Huis verder prima wat oud maar alles in orde. Ik vind wel dat de weg naar het huis appartement onverantwoord is om te rijden. Buiten dat het erg steil is , is de weg vol met gaten en kuilen. Fietsen en hardlopen is niet te doen.

Super Pool, Ausblick am Tag der Hammer im dunkel noch besser..... Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber man wohnt theoretisch auf dem Balkon bei dieser traumhaften Landschaft. Ein einziges Manko ist die zufahrt zum Haus steil und schmal.

Zeer ruim en lux appartement waar wij met vijf volwassenen makkelijk in konden. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het enorme terras (wij zaten op de 1e). Het ligt alleen wel aan een echt steile helling. Die wandel je niet even af (en op) om richting dorp te lopen. Je gaat dus met de auto (die wel goede trekkracht moet hebben!). Een van ons vond de helling te stijl, vandaar ligging een 8 in plaats van een 10. Kantoor waar je je moet melden voor de sleutel is lastig te vinden en niet echt servicegericht. We wilden eerder komen (1,5 uur) kon niet. We wilden later weg (1 uur) kon niet. Later werd het laatste alsnog geregeld via de man die de eindinspectie deed. Maar de luxe en ruimte overheerst top vakantie gehad in een heel leuk dorpje.
